The spa facilities and services are available at an additional cost. Children under the age of 16 years will not be able to use the SPA and Gym, for safety reasons.

Parking, upon request and at an extra cost, is available at the hotel's garage or at a nearby public paid parking located 492 feet from the hotel's entrance. From October to May special discount rates for the parking are applied.

Pros:

The time of the year might have helped, but this was maybe one of our best stays in a long time, among hundreds of stays, even in 5* hotels.
The staff is polite and friendly without being over the top. The hotel is modern and well taken care of. The gym is AMAZING for a hotel, same for the indoor/outdoor pool.
We were lucky and didn't hear any noises during the day or night, so had a fabulous sleep in comfy beds.
The breakfast was extremely varied and tasty. You're right in the middle of the action in Portimao, and the price was acceptable for the time of the year. Again, Summer season might be busier and some of these impressions might be different then, but still, we were very happy with our stay.

Alles war insgesamt sehr gut: bequeme Matratzen, sauberes Zimmer, gute Hygiene, leckeres Frühstück und ein schönes Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Nicht für zwei Personen geeignet. Die Toilette hat eine Glastür ohne Licht-, Geräusch- oder Geruchsisolation und ist sehr laut. Das ist selbst bei vertrauten Personen extrem unangenehm. Klare Einschränkung.

Pequeno almoço e jantar top, localização fantastica em frente à praia.

Cons:

SPA, ninguém nos informou que o nosso filho de 12 anos não poderia usar, só a partir dos 16 anos e por isso, nós pais não podemos usufruir, é falta de informação do Hotel no Booking.
