New Town Hotel Sunway Metro, Bandar Sunway

Room is dirty, it smells smoke from the air conditioner every where, towels are found stains along with stains on carpet, wall paper ...can't say for one night !

This is the far worst place I have stayed. Our flight was delayed and we reach near 12midnight. The counter can’t find our 2 rooms booking and make us wait so long and telling us the room we book not available.. will be the last time coming to this hotel.

The dirtiest most inefficient place I have stayed at in my life. 45 minutes for check in as could not find my booking and just totally useless. Tried to charge me the tourist tax twice. Whilst I may be a tourist on this occasion I am in the country regularly so don't try and rip other people off because you think they have more than you. As for Wi fi it never worked

Don't book this hotel. TV didn't work and staff couldn't help. Wifi signal sucks. By far, our worse experience.

Good location

Extremely small room w an extremely small bathroom where you can't even move. For that price, not worth it at all. Might as well fork out abit more & stay at City View. Cleanliness was ok. Can't stay for more than a night. Very near to Sunway Pyramid

It was regular room size although I have booking for 3 adult and 1 child.

I was give a wrong type of room which I have book. And found insect holding party in the room.

Very near to Subway Pyramid! Hotel room cleanliness can be further improved, lift facility in the hotel is good. Suitable for backpackers to stay over the nights to sleep and get going. Families who wins to stay over might want to reconsider getting bigger rooms if you have more than 4-6 pax.

一句话说完，非常的差。我本来是预定住三晚，可是我们第二天一早就check~out换去别的酒店了。

We checked out from this hotel 30 minutes after arrival because we were appalled to discover the room was in such awful state with dirty bedsheets, saw at least 2 cockroaches roaming the bed and 2 spiders spewing web near the bed. The entire room and floor felt and looked dirty, no natural light and poorly ventilated obviously as it is windowless. The person manning the counter was rude and said we were the only unhappy customers among thousands monthly and since we did not book direct, we were not his customers. Big mistake for not reading reviews. Wasted 400 MYR as NO REFUND.

I will not stay at this hotel again. Poor room condition and reception.

YOU CAN HEAR SOUND FROM OUTSIDE THE ROOM EASILY. THE TV CANNOT SEE CLEAR IMAGE EVEN IS LCD TV . THERE IS THE ANTENNA PROBLEM.

Value for money if you're on a tight budget. Hotel staff is friendly and the location is good. Eateries easily accessible and less than 1 mins walk to Sunway Pyramid.
