Mitten in der Stadt, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

The location was good and that's all.
We stayed 3 days and 2 nights here.
When we arrived an other couple was at the reception and had some complaints about the room, i should have taken that as a sign. I did not.
The thermostat was not working, you couldn't raise the temperature over 21 celsius. The bed was under the window and the cold air was leaking inside the room. At the end of the first night, we both got a runny nose and a sore throat. I was pregnant, and i was trying really hard not to get sick, but thanks to this place, i got cold. At the second night, we thought we made some mistake and we tried to raise the room temperature with the thermostat, but it did not matter what we did, the temperature just stayed at 21 celsius.
There was no shower gel in the shower's container. The room was exremely small, the walls are thin as a napkin, you could hear everything from the other room.
There was no kettle or mugs or some tea prepared for us in the room. There was no minibar or a small fridge. Booking.com said there would be a breakfast option, but when we arrived, it turned out there isn't even a kitchen here..
We payed 6650 NOK for this "experiance". In my country, people work a month for this much money. I don't think it was worth it at all.

Nie wieder. Käfighaltung wäre wohl der richtige Ausdruck. Die Zimmer sind winzig, es gibt keinen Platz die Koffer abzustellen. Wir reklamierten die defekte Leselampe am Bett. Keine Reaktion. Wir reklamierten ebenfalls die fehlenden Haken um etwas aufzuhängen. Keine Reaktion.
Das Angebot in der Kühltheke war minimalistisch, teilweise alt und labbrig.

We stayed for 4 nights and it wasn’t cleaned once.
Tiny rooms even the standard room was so small it was quite a shock, there is nowhere apart from 4 hangers to put your stuff.
So expensive for what you get
No tea/coffee making facilities
No USB ports so you must bring adapters
TVs are not smart tvs
I didn't have b'fast but did purchase coffee from reception which was nice, however considering the cost of the room per night a complimentry coffee would have been appreciated. There are no facilities in room to make your own coffee. Rooms are small but clean.
A kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. Complimentry tea or coffee?

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The airport bus stop is also right behind the hotel. The rooms are clean. You can comfortably eat or work in the common area. You can also buy food and drinks at the reception. The staff are friendly.
The rooms are very small for the price. There is no space for luggage. The beds could be more comfortable. It would also be better if the room temperature was adjustable. Although we booked a city view room, we had no view; all we could see were buildings.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for a long weekend and had a great experience visiting Tromso for the first time.
The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating, offering great recommendations of places to eat, explore and things to do. Their help was very much appreciated and the hotel itself was perfect, very clean, and excellent facilities. We visited in December, so it was freezing outside (-15!) but it was always lovely and warm in the hotel.
We would definitely stay here again, and a big thanks to Maja for making our trip extra special! Xx

Fantastic location and very easy to check in. Good amount of Information about services and very sustainable hotel. We arrived at 9pm and checked out at midday the next day so it was perfect for what we needed.
The room was small but we were only there for 12 hours so suited us perfectly for the cost we paid compared to other Tromso hotels.
