BEST Hotel and Service
Pros:

Beautiful location downtown Austin and within walking distance of 2nd Street District and many restaurants. Short ride to Austin Airport. Room was beautiful and was equipped with Nespresso Machine, complimentary water and fridge. Clean sheets and towels- just lovely. Front desk was super friendly, AJ took great care of me and even remembered my name (I came for a conference with 500+ people). Overall A+

Uneven service and many of the rooms are not well insulated from the elevator noise.
Pros:

Front desk staff was responsive and professional.

Cons:

We got kicked out of the Edge rooftop lounge. We were given 3 minutes notice to leave because we were approaching the 2 hour time limit that we not not aware of. When we left there was still plenty of seating available. It was a weird interaction if the staff.
The noise from the elevators was unacceptable. I was a half way down the adjacent hallway and the noise kept me up at night. The front desk staff helped me with a room change.
The hotel was under construction so the first floor amenities were not available.
The in and out access from the parking garage did not work.

There was a red jacket 😳 hanging on the door of my room at check in. Just a weird situation. Customer came and removed it.
