Tolles Stadthotel, super Lage und natürlich Top Ausstattung!

Super Lage, freundliches Personal, schöner Pool

Mit Frühstück gebucht, es gibt aber kein “klassisches” Frühstücksrestaurant. Wir wurden in die Lounge upgegradet, in welchem Frühstück zu bekommen ist

Cons:

Es gab eine Fee/Gebühr mit der einige Sachen inkludiert waren, trotzdem etwas unübersichtlich was wie wo zu bekommen ist und man ist “genötigt” auch diese Dienstleistungen zu kaufen, was aber natürlich teurer kommt. Das ist etwas ungewöhnlich für europäische Verhältnisse.
Obwohl das Frühstück von guter Qualität war, war es nach ein paar Tagen etwas eintönig (meckern auf hohem Niveau)

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, fresh towels.
Pros:

The hotel is well located. Busy bustling hotel. The staff very friendly. Nice fresh towels every day. Room had Nespresso Machine and complimentary water. Nice rooftop pool bar.

Prepare for many additional costs on top of your stay
Pros:

The location was very central and convenient and walkable during our stay.

Cons:

The rooms are not very sound proof so you can hear all of the street sounds at night. The sheets are also extremely thin and the AC unit was pretty loud in our room. Additionally they charge you a $25 destination fee that you cannot waive on top of your stay and it can only be used at select restaurants if you choose. Valet parking cost $70 per DAY so our 2 night stay yielded an additional parking cost of $210 since there are no parking lots in the area for self parking.

BEST Hotel and Service
Pros:

Beautiful location downtown Austin and within walking distance of 2nd Street District and many restaurants. Short ride to Austin Airport. Room was beautiful and was equipped with Nespresso Machine, complimentary water and fridge. Clean sheets and towels- just lovely. Front desk was super friendly, AJ took great care of me and even remembered my name (I came for a conference with 500+ people). Overall A+
