The room was large and comfortable.
Front desk staff very good

Cons:

We were there for three nights second day no cleaning bedmaking done
Nothing but donuts shop within walking

In house eating is limited to poor pub food

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Such a range of reviews on here but mostly great so we booked two nights here before our cruise. Kevin greeted us yesterday at the front desk and our room is excellent. There is also a shuttle service you can sign up for to get to your cruise ship or the airport. We would stay here again!

Convenient newly renovated hotel close to airport and cruise ship terminal. Great stay!
Pros:

Staff were excellent especially Katrina Jacobs front desk agent! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay before cruise. Very nice to be able to have a cruise ship shuttle to airport from hotel even though you have to pay for it. Would recommend staying here. Clean rooms and close to public transportation. Breakfast was great!

Pros:

La ubicación para lo que nosotros buscabamos estaba bien.

Cons:

Lo venden como habitación para 4 y no es, decían que tenia una cama extra grande y en verdad había una cama normal queen, y el sofá cama que ofrecían para las otras dos personas no solo es muy incomodo, lo tienes que armar tu mismo con sabanas que no son de su tamaño sino que ademas estaba lleno de algo que le produjo alergia a mis hijos.
