Pleasant, staff excell in making guests feel welcome and important.
Pros:

The property was clean, comfortable and lovely. The night check in lady and morning check out ladies were exceptional. They made us feel so welcome.
Breakfast was above average.

Cons:

Loved the shower although the shower floor was slippery and had to throw a towel on shower pan to prevent slipping.
Make the windows sound proof; street noise was loud and woke us up several times.

O tamanho do quarto é ótimo, também tem uma copinha para fazer uma refeição.

Cons:

O salão do café é junto com a recepção. Enviei três mensagens via booking antes de chegar perguntando do transfer do aeroporto e ninguém respondeu. Paguei táxi na chegada. Só usufrui do transfer na saída. Os funcionários devem ficar mais atentos as mensagens dos hóspedes.

Enviei três mensagens perguntando sobre o shuttle do aeroporto através do booking e não me responderam. Paguei táxi para chegar ao hotel, sendo que existe o transporte gratuito ( que só fiz uso na saída)

Very nice hotel, close to the airport and free shuttle. Far from the FLL beach and downtown.

Great experience!
Pros:

Great experience. We stayed for one night before our cruise and the hotel was perfect. Spacious rooms, clean, lots of bathroom counter space. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I would 100% stay here again.
