Conforto e praticidade do Hotel.

Cons:

Atendimento de uma funcionaria da recepção. Hotel possuía quartos vagos e solicitei transferência para um quarto terreo por conta do joelho. A recepcionista informou que estava tudo ocupado, nos 3 dias que fiquei dois apartamentos no térreo estiveram vagos o tempo todo.

Animado e bonito, mas precisa de atenção.
Pros:

Gosto dos funcionários sempre solícitos, da proximidade do centro, das piscinas bem cuidadas.

Cons:

Não havia esteira funcionando, alegaram que a academia ia entrar em obras, reparei que haviam muitos espaços onde poderiam remanejar os aparelhos até a obra ficar pronta. Por definição um spa é um estabelecimento voltado ao bem-estar, relaxamento e cuidados com a saúde física e mental, então não cabe esse tipo de desculpa. Não gosto da comida, precisa melhorar muito. Sem tempero, montados sem capricho. A noite falta um chamativo para as pessoas ficarem no espaço. Não tem nada então saímos para gastar no centro
