Honestly, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the service was terrible. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in. The receptionist was on his phone, and only after I sat down and waited for him to finish did he finally decide to assist me.

He handed me a key and told me to go check the room myself to see if I was okay with it. That should have been my first red flag.

I went upstairs and was absolutely disgusted. I came back down and asked for another room. The second room was slightly better, but still completely unacceptable.

The sheets had stains on them, so I had to put my own sheets over the hotel’s. There was mold on the bathroom hinges, the ceiling looked like the TV was barely secured and could potentially fall, and the towels were dirty. Thankfully, I brought my own.

And to make matters worse, something bit me on my first night. I immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay.

For the prices they charge, this place is completely unacceptable. There is nothing that justifies these rates when the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service are this poor. Room service isn’t even available.

This hotel seriously needs to shut down, renovate, and properly maintain the property before continuing to accommodate guests.

I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here. Save yourself the money and the headache.

Was uns leider nicht gefallen hat, war der Zustand des Zimmers. Es wirkte insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Hochbetten haben bei jeder Bewegung stark gequietscht. Die Handtücher machten leider keinen frischen Eindruck, sodass wir uns nicht sicher waren, ob sie wirklich sauber waren.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar, schaffte es aber trotz einer Einstellung von 20 °C nicht, den kleinen Raum angenehm zu kühlen. In der Nacht waren zudem die Nachbarn recht laut, was sich später zum Glück beruhigte.

Auch die Umgebung hat uns persönlich nicht zugesagt. Sie wirkte auf uns eher heruntergekommen und entsprach nicht dem Bild, das wir von Singapur erwartet hatten.

While room service, including cleanliness is at request, it seems overall cleanliness services are not available at all times. Staff work only day time, except the reception that is manned throughout.

I personally spotted litters floating on the corridors for more that 24 hours unattended.

In addition, air condition in my room was licking. I reported but no action was taken and at the time I was reporting, I found another guest reporting the same.

My flight was changed such that I could not arrive timely. I informed the hotel, and requested for a late check-out by hours on the day I was leaving as my flight was midnight. The hotel administration refused. Hence, I paid for a first day I did not stay and still had to check out at 12:00 noon while my flight was at o3:15 next morning.

The bed makes noise when I move ...but because tired, I didn't hear anymore after fallen asleep. 😂

When I was hacked in, the person in the chacking desk was very arrogant! In the morning the older guy. The rest of the staff the ather reception guy was OK. The girl in the night was nice, she was smile and was a helpful. Only the old man in the morning. I was coming from 13 hours of flight ✈️. I want to chack in. And he let me waiting for 2 or 3 hour before I can chack in. Or he wants me to pay extra money. I told him I already mentioned the time I will coming in the booking. So I paying it already everything. But he was still ask extra cash from me! And I was very tired come all the way from London UK, and he make me wait 3 hours before I can enter my room. That was not a nice first impression.

Tooooo small, bunk beds we’re loud when someone is going up.
Too tight for a space.

The staff served with a bad attitude.
The room and bed sizes were below expectations and smaller than shown in the photos on the website.
The room is old, and the bedroom is very small, making it uncomfortable.
There is no fan in the room; only an old air conditioner is provided.
The cleanliness of the bed is poor, with small black spots visible.
The surrounding property and hotel entrance are untidy.
The property is not suitable for family stays.
