Nice location off the main street
Great atmosphere and service.
AC airflow direction in our room
The hotel was well maintained with large rooms and a good balcony. The staff are excpetional with their service. Food was limited in options but was prepared fresh and to my liking. I would always visit this cozy place!
Another to mention is the guide/driver Krath, who took us everywhere . Hes the most patient and caring person i have met for a long time. Thanks Krath, without you the trip would not have been fun!
Nothing much to say other than the Cambodian heat!
The value for money at this hotel is amazing, if there were a few tweaks I would be happy to pay a lot more.
- The customer service was brilliant, they were incredibly friendly, they organised tuk tuks back and forth from beer street and the airport for a very small fee. The manager/ owner has good English so is really easy to deal with.
- The pool was my favourite on our SE Asia and they also provide pool towels.
- Rooms are comfortable and clean.
- Breakfast was good, they even provided us with a different fruit each morning which we loved. The best coffee we have had in SE Asia too.
Firstly, I would say that the positives far outweigh the negatives here. I would 100% stay again.
- It’s a little far from downtown, we enjoy walking so often did but it takes around 30 minutes which may be a struggle for some.
- The balcony door lock and shower head were broken, they were usable so not a major issue however, these could be easily fixed.
- There was no TV, I do understand that in Siem Riep you wouldn’t watch this much but we like to unwind each night with an hours TV so missed that slightly.
Due to the fact that the hotel is far from the city center, one way transfer by Tuk Tuk was provided.
When we entered the first room, the bed sheets and towels were both stained and extremely dirty. When we told the staff they took it as normal, after some discussion they changed it. The hotel was very noisy. Lizards roamed the corridors. Every part of the hotel was dirty. I don't recommend it to anyone.
The pool was nice but unfortunately there were no shadowing umbrellas, as shown in the picture. The room had plenty of space and the air conditioning work properly, and the hot water flow was consistently stable throughout the day. The staff was nice and helped me my organizing my pick up at the airport and my transport to Phnom Penh.
The facility is located on a dark side street in the outskirts of Siem Reap. At night was very noisy due a neighboring club. The bed linen were ripped off, the room door had a wide crack. A pigeon had made his nest in the vase in the balcony and was hatching his eggs, and every time I stepped on the balcony he tried to attack me. Many elevator buttons do not work, especially at the ground floor. As everywhere in Cambodia a chicken started singing at 3 am.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Nice breakfast, swimming pool, and balcony. Good central location to explore Siem Reap. Good value for money!
A little noisy a few times from a nearby events center.
I liked the pool, swimming is my thing. They were making efforts with my food: When I ordered pancakes, they bought exotic fruits to try for my, very kind.
On the last day I wanted to leave at 7:15, and they didn'r take that seriously enough. I got nervous and upset. This could have been solved with punctual service.
Staff were friendly and the pool was great too cool off after visiting the temples. Air Conditioning in room worked well.
Location is not great, hard to find food to eat locally. The property needs maintenance. The lift buttons do not work correctly, the rain shower head is broken, balcony doors were hard to open and the sheets did not fit the bed. To top it all off they charge for the butter/jam with toast provided at breakfast.
The place is exceptionally clean. Highly competent stuff. I was feeling there home.
I didn't like that I had to leave this place
The room was clean and quiet - the balcony view with seats was great for morning coffee - The staff were so friendly and sweet and the tour guide (Tim) arranged by the hotel was excellent - so knowledgable and interesting! My stay was a dream come true! I have always wanted to see Angkor Wat!
The hotel was really nice, and the staff was so helpful. They helped us with airport transport, getting a sim card, and even getting us breakfast, when we were up early. We loved it!
Nothing:)
