価格が安くて良かった。
設備の古さがきになる…
清潔面や快適性とコスパの良さ、立地も良かった。施設内のレストランの食事も美味しい。立ち寄る機会があれば、また利用したい。
今ひとつ男性スタッフさんの愛想が良いとまでは言えなかった。事務的な印象を受けた。
急な変更にも対応していただき、助かりました。
寝るだけだしテレビなんてほぼ見ないんですが…。最近のホテルはインターネットのテレビが主流になっている中、なんとテレビが１４インチのテレビでした。そしてそのテレビには地デジチューナーがついていました。地デジチューナーがついているテレビという事は、地デジ放送が始まる前のテレビなので何年前のものでしょうか。BS放送は全体が表示されず、端が見切れていました。他はよかったのにテレビだけ残念なホテルでした。本館（旧館）だからかな。
フロントのスタッフの対応が親切でした。
食事のさくらのスタッフも親切でした。
鳥取マラソンに参加しました。そこで、鳥取シティホテルか豚汁のふるまいしており感激。
ベッドは大きかったが、その分部屋の大きさが狭く感じた。

コスパが良い
駅から10分ちょっと歩きますが、静かですし、夜の若桜街道商店街がとても素敵でした。
最近は、２連泊以上ですと３日に１回の清掃しか入りませんが、こちらはまだ希望すれば毎日清掃してくれるようです。
窓から川を見て、桜の開花時期はもっと綺麗だろうなと感じました。
スタッフの方も親切で、また泊まりたいと思いました。
