AMAZING VALUE HOTEL
Pros:

Lovely entrance, efficient staff & great pool!
Infact I would say the pool and theming/area around pool are 5 star, hotel lobby & breakfast are 4 star, and rooms themselves are 3 star (we had choice of room so went with balcony/pool view). V quiet. Comfortable beds, free waters/toiletries/teas etc, & good fridge. However hotel bars were shut.
Really good location: we walked 6 minutes to an amazing restaurant (the best in our trip of 4 weeks so far!) called ‘Butterfly Pea Restaurant’, used a tuk tuk to go to Pub St (5 mins) & our trip to the start of the Angkor Wat temples was only 15 mins.
Our tour was amazing: Kong Thy should have taken us 8 a.m to 5pm but he stayed on till 7pm to show us more temples and even a sunset view. USE HIM! Tel/WApp: (855) 86 990 345.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Most unpleasant experience ever. The front desk tried to trick us by giving twin beds set together instead of of our booking for king beds. First they said no more king beds, then I demanded for the reservation I made. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel is not maintained. They have 2 breakfast buffets. One for Chinese and another for the rest. I don’t understand that. I think this hotel is good for Chinese travelers. But hotel staff are very demanding as if they are giving rooms for free. Breakfast is not good unless u like to have omelet everyday. I think the management have completely neglected the hotel maintenance. Wonder how they have got 4.5 star rating by Hotels.com

酒店房間收不到Wifi
而且冷氣要頗長時間才冷,可能因為柬埔寨本身太熱
但整體來說可以接受
