One of the best places I’ve stayed in my many travels.
Pros:

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The views from our private balcony were breathtaking, the food at both dinner and breakfast was plentiful, delicious, creative and high quality. The staff was very attentive, welcoming and went above and beyond to make my father’s birthday extra special. They surprised him at breakfast with a Happy Birthday candle surrounded by hearts on the table then at the end of breakfast brought him a small chocolate cake with fresh fruit and lit a candle for him. As if this weren’t enough, at our assigned dinner table that evening was a handwritten birthday card from the staff and chocolate bar with a bow on it. I should point out that I didn’t ask them to do any of this. They noticed his birthdate on his passport when we checked in the day before and acted on it. When we left they even gave us a loaf of fresh baked bread.
The hotel is in a spectacular location and every minute you’re there you feel welcome and cared for.
My father said that he couldn’t imagine a better place to celebrate his birthday and I agree. The location, scenery, amenities, food, staff, all of it was truly wonderful. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

I want to point out the Booking.com inaccurately states that no children are allowed at this hotel but that is very much not the case. If you go to the hotel’s website, they clearly allow children and even state that children under 2years of age stay free. I had read someone’s review that was upset by this so I knew in advance that kids were allowed. With that said, my stay would have been flawless had I been allowed to relax on my private balcony in the afternoon without having to listen to the squealing kids and one child shouting from the pool just below for almost two hours. This is more to do with the inattentive parents rather than the hotel but people paying a lot of money to enjoy a relaxing spa getaway should be aware that it may get quite noisy during the day.

Ein Familiäres , gemütliches , herzliches Hotel
Pros:

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Wochenende in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Besonders das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Reise – ich komme gerne wieder

Sehr gutes Essen und grosse Auswahl, Freundliches personal, Es wird viel wert auf reginalität gesetzt, sehr schöne Region.

Cons:

Beim Ausschecken musste ich bis 07:30 Uhr warten. Ich finde für ein Hotel dieser Klasse sollte die Rezeption bereits früher belegt sein.
Mittagsbuffet etwas dürftig dafür Auswahl an Frühstück und Abendessen top!

Pros:

Vielseitiges Frühstücksbüffet mit Getränken und Eispeisen inklusive. Bei uns gab es Abends "nur" Buffet, a la Carte Restaurant war geschlossen. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreif, insb. die Vorspeisen Salat. Es gab sehr viele Vegetarische und Veganeoptionen. Zimmer war sauper und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Einziges Manko, war dass unsere Betten leider sehr durchgelegen waren.
