Exceptional mountain getaway
Pros:

One of the very best hotel experiences I ever had. An oasis of relaxation set against stunning mountain scenery. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly. The food was exquisite: every day different salads, veggies, meat, fresh pasta. Poolside service of drinks with an app. All local produce. What is not to love?

Cons:

Nearly nothing - just that the bed was a bit soft for my back. But that's personal taste.

L’accueil des équipes , la gentillesse de Sonja, Costel et les autres membres de l’équipe.
- spa très agréable et propre
- le restaurant pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner très bien , très bon et varié.
- espace extérieur et piscine magnifique
- concierge très appréciable
- départ de randonnée directement à l’hôtel
-chambre avec vue incroyable sur les montagnes
- un service et une prise en considération du client que nous ne retrouvons plus dans beaucoup d’hôtel . Merci et Bravo 👏

La literie est de bonne qualité mais trop molle pour dormir pour nous mais ce n’engage que nous 👍
Une barre dans la douche pour fixer le pommeau mais c’est a là marge ..! 😉.

Pros:

We loved their half board food. The bread was amazing! I could stay there for a month and not get tired of the food. The staff was so very friendly.

Cons:

One of the rooms we stayed in had a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom. Concierge did not have clear information about hiking.

Best hotel I have stayed in. Felt really looked after. Very cosy and romantic. We had each pool to ourselves multiple times. Wonderful location and views. Little touches made it :)
