The hotel is a ild run down not well managed hotel .

Rooms not clean
Negalted sirrundings of the garden around the rooms
The breakfast very poor
The restruant manager was very good and tried helping in all .
Reseption tried there best .
The hostel that is called hotel should be shut down for renovation as has great potential.

สถานที่ร่มรื่น เงียบสงบดี การบริการของพนักงานดี อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ทั่วไป รสชาติดี ห้องพักควรปรับปรุง แต่เก่าไปหน่อย น้ำเบามาก (ถ้าใช้น้ำอุ่น) และเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นติดๆดับๆ มีน้ำหยดใต้อ่างล้างหน้า สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องพักมีครบ แอร์เย็น ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี

สภาพโทรมแล้ว ต้องปรับปรุงด่วน อาหารน้อย รสชาติไม่ดี

นอนห้องพักที่เป็นตึกใหม่ ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องที่นอน สะอาดดีค่ะ แต่ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นอับ ส่วนน้องที่ไปด้วยกันนอนห้องที่เป็นหลัง กลิ่นอับแรงมากค่ะ ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ ส่วนพนักงานควรยิ้มแย้มหน่อยค่ะ

ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด แต่ควรเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ดูใหม่กว่านี้คะ อาหารพอใช้ได้คะ

This place looked great from the photos, but it looks nothing like it. It looks run down and tired. The room was ok, but again, looked nothing like the photos. Extra guests included a couple of spiders the size of my fist, a large gecko, Beetle and a colony of ants in the bathroom. No hot water. No WiFi. Aweful food. The place is also nowhere near Pak Chong. A really unpleasant stay, which thankfully was only for one night.

broken bathtub (staffs are very nice and let me choose new room.)

rusty water tap (water have rusty smell, cant use to brush teeth)

otherwise it is good and cheap.

The shower facet is spoilt and not repaired. Creaking bathtub. Aircon flaps aren’t working and wind blows directly at the bed.

Holes on the ceiling where light bulbs should be.

Laminate floors that pop up and large gaps between them.

All in all disappointing room condition.

The room is really big and spacious.

At 1200baht/night I aren’t looking for luxury, but at least things should be maintained and working.

Breakfast was decent.

ที่ตั้งโอเค พนักงานใส่ใจให้บริการดี เห็นภูเขารอบล้อม แต่ควรมีการปรับปรุง เช่นเพิ่มป้ายบอกข้อมูลของโรงแรม เช่นป้ายบอกทางไปสระว่ายน้ำ ห้องพักไม่สะอาด ผ้าปู และ ผ้าห่มสกปรกมาก ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด

ห้องที่จองสภาพไม่ดี ได้อีกห้องแต่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มอีก 600

First impressions weren't great, but it did turn out to be a good place to stay and a convenient base to explore Khao Yai. Arriving late at Pak Chong, there are no more songthaews after around 6pm. I tried calling the hotel a few times to ask advice on how to get there, but there was no answer, so the options to get to the hotel were either pay a lot of money for a private ride, or hitchhike.
Arriving at the hotel, due to the language barrier I had trouble getting any information from the staff about how to explore Khao Yai national park, but was able to speak with the manager later on who was more helpful, explaining the local buses.
The room is a basic cabin with fridge, tv, and stereo, and a sitting area outside, but a bit of a weak wifi signal. There aren't many outlets in the room, so I ended up unplugging the tv to charge my phone.
My first shower was cold, I think I'd gotten up too early in the morning. I noticed the staff fire up burners to supply the hot water and after that it wasn't an issue.
The breakfast was decent with ham and eggs. Dining options in the area are scarce if you're looking for something outside of the hotel.

ห้องน้ำก็ชำรุด สายฉีดน้ำแตกขาด มีเสียงน้ำหยดตลอดเวลา เตียงนอนแข็งและตัวล้อเตียงมีเสียงดังเวลาขยับตลอด

ฝ้าห้องก็แตกเป็นรอย ทางเดินเข้าออกค่อนข้างลำบาก เอาเงินไปจองที่พักสวยๆที่อื่นได้สบายกับราคานี้

การทำความสะอาดยังไม่ค่อยดี
