Pros:

Бесплатный доступ на пляж Итака (только в будни), наличие укрытия и генератора.
Администратор вел себя корректно. Удобная локация (до пляжа Отрада можно дойти пешком). Учитывая что сейчас сезон, цена не слишком завышена.
Наличие одноразовых средств ухода.

Cons:

Запах "бабушкиной советской квартиры" ощущался на этаже и частично в номере.
На полу в номере и коридоре очень грязные ковры.
За три дня не делали уборку номера ни разу.
и фото конкретно этого номера очевидно было обработано чтобы выглядеть лучше.
Подушки слишком маленькие и из-за этого неудобные.
Диван в некрасивых трещинах.
Вайфай был очень слабый, в комнате его практически не было, только в туалете ловил.

Pros:

Велика кімната з ванною поряд з ліжком. Дають в флаконах шампунь , гель а також одноразову щітку з пастою і бритву одноразову з гелем. Багато функціоналу.

Cons:

Не знайшов розетки біля ліжка , трохи пошкоджений в душі тримач і в гідромасажній ванні не всі працювали кнопки
