Golden Court Hotel

the indian lady at counter was friendly. Shower gel has nice smell. Parking convenient but need download parking app to pay. a bit difficult to find the location. google map a bit lost. surrounding no food. but according to friendly indian lady, walking distance about 10-15 mins got a few indian restaurants. we decided to call for delivery for breakfast. grab pay about RM15 to KSL. so u roughly know the distance. At night dont come back too late after 11pm. heard from grab uncle there are road blocks. so do ask the counter. not sure they will know or they will tell or not

terrible hotel stay...
1) first time i see a lift without numbers only blind friendly
2) bedsheets all with stains
3) blankets with terrible stains
4) ants crawling everywhere
5) TV can't watch
6) telephone no indication what number to call for housekeeping. tried Zero. no one picks up
7) no fan control. fan is at full speed. never switch on, a bit stuffy. switch on, too big. because is right under the bed, children too cold.
8) fridge inside rusty
9) shower area no shower curtain. toilet bowl and floor sure wet 100%
10) shower room light spoil. only toilet lights working
11) under sink leaking. they put a dustbin underneath at first i thought is normal to do so.. then later realsied is because to catch leaking water.
12) stay at your risk.. mirror seems 2-way. anyway can't proof. so we use towel to cover up both mirrors.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was ok. Beds aren’t super comfortable but, they weren’t that bad. Wifi was good.

The room was good but the fan makes loud squeeky noise sometimes and there are ants nearby the window untill it crawl around the floor. Perhaps could do some pest control.

Budget hotel. Nothing to expect. Clean rooms

Everything was acceptable except the wifi. Connected but forever ‘connecting’ on whatsapp.

The room is spacious enough with a small window. Not much view though cos blocked by the other building. Bed is comfortable. OK for the price we paid. However, hotel is not easy to locate as the local area is quite rundown.

The lady staff at the reception were very helpful and courteous. Good feeling.

Stuff not so nice

The worst experience ever. Already booked and make a full payment. But once to check in the recept inform room already full. And with the rude attitude ask to go to another branch.

The morning shift Indian lady receptionist is rude. There is no hairdryer available, not even upon request. Free breakfast is average. Room service is bad, the staff forgotten to change the soap and left a bunch of used soap on the shower area. Other than that is okay, room is comfortable, the area is quiet (however it is not safe to walk around since it is too quiet especially at night).

I stay 8 days mainly for meditation at Danga Mall.

Cleanliness of room is just OK, but a lot for stain on the bed headboard which actually just a wall with red paint. There's some blood stain on few of the towels. Quality of service is quite bad, some of the front desk staff is quite rude and not willing to go extra mile to help. Hotel amenities is ok, as there's a small shop at the entrance of the road and there's a restaurant nearby that open quite late. if you wanna watch late night football match, this is the place to go as they have a projector screen. Hotel location is near a train track and a big highway. can be noisy at times.

Good location. Breakfast is only until 10 am which is too early. Staff doesn't know anything, can't give any information.

The stay was great. Very cozy but can't find the remote for the aircond. Need to adjust manually. The rest is comfort to stay.

the mattress could be much more better.
never expected such hotel would have buffet breakfast served.
