De não ter nenhuma cadeira com mesinha no quarto; de não ter uma tomada sequer próxima da cama; e do ar-condicionado (que nem controle tinha) que só ventilava.
Tinha que da uma olhada melhor no frigobar ta bem sujo a pia do banheiro também precisa ser egienizada melhor

Fica ao lado do Praia shoping, tem restaurante por perto e um café da manhã simples bem na porta. Tbm tem uma conveniência 24h ao lado e uma galeria de artesanato e produtos variados. Tem muitos pontos ruins mas no meu caso, eu só precisava de um local para dormir, a cama era confortável e o ar estava funcionando.
As acomodações são muito simples e o espaço precisa urgente de manutenção. A descarga do banheiro vazava água quando acionada, tv do quarto não estava funcionando, tirei os sapatos e senti o chão sujo, roupa de cama queimada de cigarro e fungo nos travesseiros. O frigobar não fechava direito então não gelava muito. Entendi o motivo de ser tão barata a diária. Tem uma parte que seria interessante ser uma varanda mas estava com lixo do hóspede anterior e cheia de lodo. Eainda tinha lixo no banheiro quando entrei.
