Pros:

Localização e cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Pedi para trocar de quarto porque não funcionava nem o ar, nem a TV. Nesse outro o filtro do ar condicionado tava preto de poeira. Eu mesmo tive que passar uma água, senão não pararia de espirrar. Wi-fi péssimo.

Pros:

Localização excelente, segurança, portaria 24h, chuveiro elétrico.

Cons:

Internet não funcionou em nenhum dos três dias da minha acomodação. As toalhas tinham manchas amarelas. A mesa estava com alguns farelos quando cheguei, indicando que alguém comeu lá e não foi limpo. Também tinha um resto de sabonete de outro hóspede no banheiro.

Good if you're on a budget, but worth spending a few bucks more elsewhere for better rooms
Pros:

Location is great, right next to a decent mall, shops and supermarkets around. Right outside the hotel there's a 24/7 convenience store to grab some water and a beer late at night. Also food trucks outside.
AC is solidly cold and the bed was OK comfy too.

Cons:

The WiFi on the ground floor didnt work during my whole stay. Upper floor WiFis worked sometimes, but really patchy and as my room was downstairs connection wasn't great either. Staff was rather unfriendly. You gotta send a full passport picture (all data given) just to then fill out a google form with same information. Not very customer service oriented.
The main door is closed at night (there's a night porter), but the door itself barely opens and definitely needs fixing.
My room was clean, gotta give it to the cleaning staff! But the room itself needs renovations, the bathroom too.

Cons:

Local com quartos precários, ar condicionado sujo, estacionamento público onde você fica refém de guardador de carro, atendimento ruim, frigobar com mal cheiro e tinha uma barata. Uma manta que pedimos tem que ser paga a parte.
