Foi bom no aspecto economico porém pra quem é alérgico não recomendo, o local não é higiênico!
Pros:

O local é bem localizado e em conta.

Cons:

Porém fica próximo a uma conveniência que é som a noite toda e o quarto não é limpo e o ar condicionado parece que nunca foi feito higienização.

Cons:

As intalações e os móveis são muito antigos e mal cuidados, com claros indicios de desgaste, como ferrugem e manchas de uso. Além de que a televisão do quarto não tinha nem controle remoto
