This was our 3rd stay here, second since this family has owned it. Location is perfect!
Pros:

We love the location, directly across from the beach via a very short walk between 2 shops. The hotel is small, boutique, our favorite type. The family is kind and tries to be accommodating. This year they have added a restaurant, which is very good!

Cons:

Always short on towels and having to rent beach towels - which were in short supply. Our toilet needed replaced.

Pros:

Hôtel plein de charme ayant conservé un style créole. Il est situé sur la rue principale de Grand Case (nombreux commerces et restaurants) et il n'y a qu'à traverser la route pour être à la plage. Un petit parking de 3 places permet de garer la voiture devant la porte en toute sécurité. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables et dotées d'un frigidaire ce qui est appréciable. La douche est chaude et a de la pression ce qui est rare sur l'île. Gérante sympathique qui nous a permis de disposer d'une chambre sur 3 à 11h au lieu de 15h pour entreposer nos bagages et prendre une douche. Petit déjeuner à 10€ simple mais copieux. En résumé, un séjour agréable dans cette ville authentique de Grand Case représentant bien la culture locale.

Cons:

Chambre un peu sombres et moustiques mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement (un appareil anti moustiques est d'ailleurs présent dans la chambre pour atténuer ce désagrément)

Zona comoda, camera bella e pulita. Letto comodo. Bagno e doccia grande e ben arredato. Molto carino anche il ristorante.

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi non funzionava, la reception doveva essere aperta anche al pomeriggio invece non c’era nessuno e c’erano un sacco di zanzare

L'aménagement et l'emplacement

Cons:

Les nuisances sonores... de nuit. Birthday à côté. Imprévisible. Insonorisation à envisager... bruits de motos etc... Grand case vit la nuit...

The uncleanliness was really upsetting for such a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Place looked good and nicely designed interior. Had a nice garden and terrace, smoking was allowed. There was a cute friendly cat aswell.

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty. De faucet had not been cleaned. There where dirty marks on it. And the worst part was the hairs in de shower drain.
