Dopo la prima notte non sono state fatte le pulizie. Non è stato effettuato il ripristino del doccia schiuma e le tazzine usate da noi per un caffè la sera prima sono rimaste sporche.
Il frigo bar era vuoto.

Pros:

Super emplacement pour visiter les 5 terres, seulement 10min a pied de la gare qui dessert les 5 villages des 5 terres ! Arrivée facile et pratique également. Point positif non négligeable place de parking privé derrière l'hôtel à 20 euros (contre 24 euros les 24h dans la rue) que nous avons pu garder jusqu'à lendemain soir pour finir nos visites. Je recommande.

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Letto comodo. Arredi adeguati. Buona colazione italiana in bar convenzionato.

Cons:

Levanto è un luogo meraviglioso e attira numerosissimi turisti.
Questo fa sì che gli operatori (in verità non tutti) si sentano autorizzati a offrire servizi pessimi confidando sul fatto che via uno ce n'è un altro. Per cui:
1. Accoglienza scarsa, l'host era assente e abbiamo dovuto chiamarlo.
2. La struttura è stata sicuramente una bella villa padronale cent'anni fa. Oggi l'albergo è un primo piano senza ascensore e consta di un corridoio e qualche camera con bagno. In particolare la nostra era evidentemente non ristruttrata da molti anni.
3. La porta della camera è sottile non impedisce il passaggio di luce e rumori
4. Le finestre, mancanti di oscurazione completa, vecchissime, sottili e inadatte, i pavimenti rovinati, l'illuminazione disordinata e insufficiente. ( abat jour solo su un comodino e SENZA PRESA ELETTRICA a cui poterla collegare.
5. La parte peggiore è il bagno, la parete della doccia nera di muffa, lo specchio (di recupero) rotto in più parti, lo specchio ingranditore da trucco mancante di un lato. Il termoarredo scaldasalviette arrugginito e non funzionante.
6. A conclusione, il balconcino adiacente a quello della camera ingombro di materiali e ospitante macchinari rumorosi.

Colazione abbondante e orario flessibile, balconcino sulla piazza e vista mare, stanza confortevole e pulita, staff disponibile ed affabile. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Ottimo punto di partenza per le 5 terre, Levanto è stata una piacevole scoperta!
