Pros:

I Love the Kiddie Pool. My Son and Grandson Enjoyed themselves very much.

Amazing
Pros:

Amenities work, hot water lasts forever, the room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I walked into a perfect room that made my work trip so much more convenient and calm.

Cons:

One of the bedside table lamps had visible signs of damage.

Great place! Would stay again!
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed basically everything. Upon arrival, the lobby area was very nice. Decorated for Easter which made it very welcoming. We stayed in a suite. Room was a GREAT size, very clean, and comfortable. The pool was great for my three year old son and not super cold like other hotels.

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly. The lady at the front desk did let us check in early, but didn’t seem happy about it. The loud sigh and tone of voice over the phone wasn’t very welcoming but we enjoyed the rest of our stay

Pros:

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that my room was not super super clean. It was dusty around the lights in the bathroom, around the mirrors, up on the hair dryer, and the coffee maker was dirty and where it sat you couldn't plug it in I had to move it ( after I cleaned it). The first day we went to the pool it was great. The second day, there was probably 20-25 people in the pool and no one had on the required wrist bands. That night I got a few red spots on my feet. I put some cream on and I was fine. The next night at the pool there were even more people still no wrist bands. No big deal I guess. Now I am home and I have a rash and hives all along my legs and back side. Don't know if it's from the pool or the room. I will be going to the walk in tomorrow.

Pros:

The pool was nice the water slide was also great.

Cons:

I was very unpleased to find out the staff was allowing some families and friends in the pool. It was very busy. I came to visit my son, was also very upset that I wasn't allowed to bring my son's friend swimming with us. This should be posted online. Very displeased and wont be returning.

All in all it was a great stay however the cleaning of the rooms could be better!!
Pros:

I like how spacious the suite is and how the staff is always friendly!

Cons:

The pull out couch and the rest of the couches had not been vacuumed. When the cushions where removed there was crumbs on every single couch.

It was nice other then the fire alarm and the water had to take my kids outside due to it in the cold I understand things happen but they should accommodate us for this issue

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is very nice! Excellent, spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator. Also, family oriented pool area with a slide, water feature, and zero clearance entry area. The whole place was very clean and the lobby was decorated nicely for Valentine’s Day. Staff was cheery and helpful as well. Great place to stay and excellent value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.
