The stay was great. I did not like the fact that the gal working the front desk was curling her hair
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious 😋. You always have a nice variety. It is a little hard to get around in the food area if there are very many people.

Cons:

There is something that is on the wall in the corner by the hot tub that sticks out and my grandson cut his back on it.

Great people and location. POOR DESIGNED SHOWER
Pros:

The location is great and the employees that we interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was a good variety and filling

Cons:

The shower design. There is one small shelf about 4 inches wide by about 2 inches deep just barely enough room for travel soaps and shampoos. You have to reach into scalding hot water to turn temp down. Not safe. Could be. Very hazardous for children or elderly.

Pros:

It was okay for the price. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room was too dark and it smelled like dirty feet. The bed was okay not great and sheets didn't seem clean. There was a dirty washcloth that had soured on the shower curtain rod which led me to believe the shower curtain was not changed. But by the time I discovered it I was already in the shower. Some of the furniture needs changing. It seemed run down. That being said, I would stay there again, but I would change rooms if I needed to. As a matter of fact, I did request a different room and It seemed better than the first one. Mangement was friendly and helpful.

Need to check rooms better and cutting hours of the staff should not result in a dirty hotel.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Floors through out hotel were not vacuumed or mopped. I told staff. Found a set toy in our room. Not happy.

Excellent, will likely stay here again the next time we are traveling through Billings.
Pros:

This was a great place for us to stop while we were traveling across the country. The staff was very welcoming, the pool was great, the room was great, the food was great, and we felt welcome their with our kids and dogs. Most of the other guests were also families with kids and dogs, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast was great and the overall experience was great.

Cons:

The pool had a lot of chlorine, which is understandable considering how many people travel through there, but it was a little overwhelming at times.
