Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction.

There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool.

For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee.

Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Best stay in any facility in my life!!
Pros:

My room had been totally updated. It looked fantastic and more than met my needs. There was a coffee/breakfast place next door and our group ordered from there and had a lovely breakfast on the veranda. Everything was fantastic!!! Makes me want to try to go back to Palm Beach - would not stay anywhere else!!

Great location & price!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful & kind. The room was extremely clean and the perfect amount of space. Amazing location with the beach close by. The outside area was also relaxing and comfortable.

Cons:

Location for central Palm Beach, Royal Poinciana, and The Breakers can't be beat.
Pros:

Location, location is the reason for our booking and enjoying this property. Just a block from our son's beach condo (no room for us). Unit was exactly as shown in photos and description. I’ve tried booking here in for the past 2 years years and couldn’t get space. Snagged it this Christmas’s by booking early.

Cons:

Only warm water in the shower, it is NOT hot water! Problem appears to be in the valve as the faucet in the sink is sufficiently hot, but only warm in the shower 18” away. Or perhaps flow control? Bathroom is small, but very nice tile and fixtures

Good value for short break in Palm Beach
Pros:

On road parking was always available outside the property but time limited. Valet service was very good. Pool was heated, hardly anyone used it. Supermarket was opposite. The very comfy bed was huge.

Cons:

Aircon was noisy, bathroom could do with updating. Kitchenette facilities were limited in our studio, had to wash plates in the bathroom. I would look to pay a little more and stay in one of their better equipped rooms if staying again. Walk in closet was wasted space for 2 travellers.
