Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction.

There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool.

For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee.

Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Not as expected
Cons:

Our experience fell below expectations. This is not a hotel, but a condo building with individually owned units - so amenities are very limited (no restaurant, bar, or coffee/breakfast area). It operates much more like an Airbnb setup, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing - but you need to know that going in, as not all units are equal.

The building itself feels very outdated and not well maintained. While I appreciate older or historic properties, this did not come across as charming-just worn and in need of updates.

We stayed in Unit 3127 and would rate it one star. There is no true front desk support for your unit - you must contact the individual owner for any issues. Also, if you arrive early, there is no secure luggage storage; bags are left out in the open in the lobby.

Main issues:
• A/C: There is no vent in the bedroom - only a window-style unit in the living room. As a result, the bedroom was 10–15° warmer and very uncomfortable for sleeping.
• Non-working items: Coffee maker and makeup mirror did not work.
• Bedding: Sheets did not fit the bed and constantly came off.
• Door lock: Malfunctioning upon arrival (though maintenance fixed it quickly).

If you are choosing this location for walkable beach access, be aware that most nearby beaches are private. The closest public access point lacks restrooms and basic facilities, so you’ll need to travel to reach a beach with proper amenities.

Bottom line: If you book, ask detailed questions about the specific unit and location so you know exactly what to expect.

Cosy, bright and convenient apartment with everything you need

Perfect Location, close to the Beach and to publix
Apartment is cosy and has everything that is needed,
I liked the hard wood floors, the decoration, the window with the shatters and the bathroom with a glass door for the shower

I needed the adjust our dates. No flexibility when you book with booking.com.

Great location. Tastefully decorated.

Door leading to hall has a broken safety chain.
2 TV’s only 1 remote, why?
Lousy WiFi. Both TV’s could not stream at the same time. Slow access to any website.
Shower in small bathroom, you have to hold the showerhead because it will not hang on an angle so that you can shower. The water continues to come out of the tub faucet while you’re showering. No mat and very slippery. Only two towels provided.

A simple room for a leisure traveler. Do not come with a car.

Cons:

There is no dedicated parking for the facility.
It would have been nice if the room included a desk.
I never found the switch for the sconces on either side of the bed. I unscrewed the lamps to turn them off.
The dehumidifier was full upon my arrival.

Pros:

Great apartment and very comfy bed. Thank you. Apartment was clean and inviting.

Cons:

Noisy neighbor. Had to knock on their door at 11PM and ask them to lower down some as I had meetings the next morning and needed to sleep! Walls are paper thin.

Fabulous
Pros:

It was a really nice location. Great restaurants really close by and the staff was friendly. The room was also clean with lots of amenities

It was my anniversary and I was hoping to have a bottle of champagne in the room or flowers unfortunately the hotel was not able to offer those services
