The unit was nice and spacious and close to shopping and dining. There was a rec room with pool tables and laundry but I was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable due to maintenance.

The property was cozy and close to everything and had plenty of parking. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It definitely has an older cabin feel but we didnt mind it. It could use some newer linens and sheets and pillows.

Parking was a breeze with plenty of space, making arrival smooth and stress-free. Check-in required a quick stop in town to pick up the keys, which added a small extra step but wasn’t a major inconvenience. The walk to Canyon Lodge was definitely a workout, with a steeper incline than some other properties. Due to road closures, the most direct route was unavailable, leading to a longer detour.

As for connectivity, T-Mobile service was spotty, and the WiFi wasn’t working, which was a hassle, but gave us a chance to unplug and enjoy the natural beauty without distractions. If you’re looking to disconnect from the digital world and fully embrace the mountain experience, this is the perfect place to do it!

Getting run down. Dull knives. No wifi. Ancient appliances. Place mats were dirty. Cute space though and comfy couch.

This place is totally stoked with everything you need. Cozy beds, every kitchen dish, cooking utensil, serving tray, cooking tray etc. you could need. The fireplace is AWESOME! We loved it.

the shower is overflowing

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. If you need wifi this is not your place. The only wifi seems to be in the rec room and it's open limited hours and drops frequently. Small mountain town unreliable internet. Other than that we had a wonderful time at the condo.

Had a great time crashing at this place. Incredible close to Mammoth mountain. The place was exactly what we needed.

The condominium was very dirty. I booked it for 2 nights and I only stayed 1 night.

Wonderful location to the Lakes Basin! There was a shuttle that brought us directly to the gorgeous twin lakes! It was SO convenient to the village and the mountains. My kids had an awesome time playing in the Rec center, jacuzzi and in the giant snow hills in July!! The 2023 water supply was so spectacular!

Everything is condo is very old and it doesn't look like the condo has been maintained for a long long time. We paid a lot per night and what we got was a 2 star hotel with close to zero amenities and no room service to change the towel or bedsheets and the place is far from the lifts so you have to drive and pay for another parking by the lifts. The location to the center is good so with a few minutes drive you can to restaurants and shops. But I would never ever stay there.

Fantastic condo. Perfect for anyone looking for a cozy weekend in the mountains. The condo was well stocked, and the recreation area (hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball) is a great place to wait out a storm. 10/10 would come back.

This condo had everything I was looking for. Visiting Mammoth to enjoy the Village wine walk, I wanted one that was within walking distance, easy downhill walk to get there, a little incline walking back but not bad. The only reason I took a star away is because the jacuzzi was not working the one night we really needed it, after a day of hiking. We did use it the night before and it was perfect. The location of the condo is just steps away from the pool, jacuzzi and BBQ’s. The kitchen is very well equipped, the deck is nice to soak in the morning sun. Very comfortable, I will stay here again.

I like the environment of the property, very cozy, like to sleep area for the kids, feels like home.
What I don't like was a little mouse we saw in the chimney wood pile.

The property was not clean and ready for us at the time we got there.
