Had a great trip, very comfortable stay. Ms. Barnali and Ms. Shivani were wonderful hosts. Although, the quality of the food could be a lot better.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. A special mention to Mohit, Pushpender, and Dharmender for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist at every step. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and pleasant. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.

It was a very pleasant experience of staying in hotel Sarovar. Staff here is very professional, courteous and genuinely nice. Room service is lightning fast, they never shown any displeasure no matter how many request you make. We asked towels for 3 times and they delivered it very next second. Breakfast is amazing and have variety to cater people's lifestyle choices. Manager created us every day.

Stayed at this hotel on 20th June during my visit to Vrindavan and Lord Krishna temples. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing and nowhere close to the hospitality expected from a hotel of this category.

This was a last-minute planned trip, so I went as a walk-in guest. Despite being charged a premium rate, the services and experience did not justify the amount paid at all.

The issues started right from check-in. I requested the front desk associate to take a pre-authorization so that all bills could be settled together at checkout. However, only the room amount was charged, and I was told to settle incidentals immediately at the time of every service. When I again requested for pre-authorization and credit facility, I was bluntly asked whether I had luggage with me or not. This felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially when the guest himself is requesting for pre-authorization. Only after repeated requests was the credit option allowed.

The room cleanliness was another major disappointment. The room had dirty linen and hair on the bed. We had to call housekeeping for linen change. Surprisingly, instead of simply arranging housekeeping, the front desk first questioned why housekeeping was required. Even after informing them about the dirty linen, there was neither a proper apology nor any offer for room change. The housekeeping staff only changed the duvet cover while the bedsheet with hair on it remained unchanged.

Food and service quality were equally poor. The late-night menu had very limited options. We ordered Khichdi, Pasta, and Sandwich, but the taste was below average. The sandwich was served without accompaniments, and no proper cutlery was provided. For pasta, only spoons were sent, and there was not even a fork included. There was also no follow-up for clearance, and the staff delivering the food did not bother asking for tray clearance either.

The next morning, after visiting temples around Vrindavan, we returned around 11 AM after breakfast timings were over. We visited the restaurant hoping to have something there, but there was no à la carte option available and we were asked to order through IRD instead. Since we wanted to dine properly in the restaurant, we eventually went to the neighbouring Vivanta for breakfast, where the hospitality and experience were excellent in comparison.

We also requested a late checkout till 4 PM because we had checked in quite late during the night. Initially, it was completely denied and half-day charges were asked for. After multiple requests, the duty manager finally allowed checkout till 3 PM, which honestly was the only positive part of the stay.

However, even that experience turned unpleasant later. I returned around 2:45 PM and was quickly trying to freshen up before leaving. Exactly at 3 PM, a lady from the front desk called in a rude tone asking us to checkout immediately. When informed that we would come down within 15 minutes, she rudely replied, “You asked late checkout only till 1500 hrs.” The tone itself was extremely offensive. Because of this behavior, I skipped taking a shower, changed quickly, and prepared to leave. To make things worse, another call came again within the next few minutes asking why we had not checked out yet.

Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing. There was a complete lack of hospitality, courtesy, and guest handling skills among the staff. The team appeared rude, insensitive, and least bothered about guest comfort. For anyone visiting Vrindavan for a peaceful and comfortable religious trip, I would genuinely suggest considering nearby hotels like Radisson Hotel Vrindavan or Vivanta instead. My experience at Sarovar was unfortunately a complete disaster.

Yes the location was convenient for nearby temple visits. Also e ricks are available. Parking area is available but the campus is very small. Bandana and mess manager are frequent helpers
