Nice
Over all good hotel
Close to bus stand is huge help
Good hotel but rooms need and specifically bathrooms needs renovation. Hotel services and menu are not upto mark. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and friendly, made our stay warm and comfortable.
The staff service and hospitality was very bad specially the main steward was very bad 😔
Surprised that the ACs do not have a remote! It is centralised. You either switch off the AC and bear with it. And, windows don't open(Apparently, they are nailed to avoid intruders into the room).
There are no non-smoking rooms. Interior is poor. Bad food and worst maintainence. DO NOT STAY
When you think of ITC Hotels, you think of something nice and remarkable about the whole stay. What happened was contrary. If you are okay with unwelcoming receptionists with absolutely no intention to smile, if you are okay with leaky pipes in bathrooms, if you are okay with short-circuit when you switch on power in bathroom, if you are okay with all these, you may stay. If else, dont even think about it.
Good, neat
Not of the standard of an ITC hotel. Staff poorly trained and service level poor.
Room facilities are not in good condition. Toilets bowls were full of stains and flush system was very bad. Bed sheets were torn and stain, i have to request for a change. I have stayed here more than 5 times, this is my first experience the facilities has been on the run down side, it requires maintenance.
the staff is courteous and welcoming. Food was good.
Rooms are very average, the beds are pretty old and there were leakages in the room
Worst hotel to stay and even the hotel can’t provide good wifi
For most of my stay the service was pretty good - however on the final night and checkout morning my colleague and I received numerous phone calls regarding paying. I said I would pay in the morning of check out as one might expect. But I received two phone calls before I could get out of my room to go for breakfast. Then when I went towards reception a woman practically rugby tackled me to come and pay. I asked, who are you and she said her name and title - head of front desk. She then got one of the two young women behind the desk to fish out her business card and present me with it. She then left the desk and let the two young members of staff do my check out. They made a hash of that and also insisted on knowing when we would leave our rooms even though I told them our driver would collect us at 10am. She should have stayed to supervise the checkout rather than swanning round giving cards out.
Hotel staff will ask you to pay more if you need a room earlier (You might usually need a room earlier because of Darshan time slot)
Food menu need to change as I have stayed 2 days and 95% menu will be the same in Breakfast, Dinner & Lunch.
Very Pleasant stay. Staff were very good at answering my calls. Booked for my parents and got a good deal thru expedia.
We were given Room Number 214 on the second floor. The acoustics is very poor. Anyone using the bathroom in the adjacent rooms or upstairs room was resulting in loud and irritating noise and disturbed our sleep. The hotel need to check the plumbing system thoroughly.
Bathroom not so clean
The Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. They gave us two choices of room to select and even advised us. The food was good. It is too spicy. So for people from Andhra/Rajasthan who want to have spicy food it will not be a problem. The variety in buffet was also good. Breakfast is also good, we get choice of Indian breakfast, continental and also Western dishes. The room ambience is good. We were charged about Rs 800 plus taxes for an additional bed. But what is the most disheartening part of the stay was the quality of the room. The AC created a ruckus while it was running. Secondly the temperature knob of the AC was not working. Thirdly all the beds were spring beds and they were uncomfortable to sleep on. Fourthly we had asked for our car to be cleaned before we left for darshan and that did not happen.
