Pros:

If you want perfect hotel accommodation right in the middle of everything, this is it! It is surrounded by great shops and bars, and the staffs are so friendly. The room was huge and beautifully decorated—definitely an accommodation I’d book again!

We had a great stay and would happily choose this hotel again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from Sun Plaza Station and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Right in the middle of everything, shops, restaurants, bars etc. Staff was very nice. The gentleman on reception helped me with my suitcase when i arrived and left the Hotel. The room was big and nicely furnished and decorated. Would definately stay here again.

Best in Sapa
Pros:

Although we had booked another hotel, we got stuck in the rain at the train station, and since the other hotel was far away and we couldn't find transportation, we chose this hotel, which was the closest one, directly opposite the train station. However, the hotel exceeded our expectations; it was very luxurious, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant services were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. It gives you the feeling of being in a seven-star hotel. Misty at the reception was especially helpful; she arranged our tickets for our climb of Mount Phansi and constantly kept us informed about the weather, and then checked if we went and if we were satisfied. Thank you very much for everything; this hotel is definitely a place we can stay with our eyes closed.
