Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Organised transport to Lao Cai for us at good rate. Food excellent. Happy hour from 3-7 on roof top bar was an unexpected treat. Located immediately across street from square and also cable car to Fansipan.
Spa centre could have been more attentive when in sauna. No one checked in.

Restaurant was a bit unimaginative
Located centrally in Sapa opposite train to Fancipan with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The breakfasts had a good selection of food, the room was a good size and very clean. Best of all the staff were always smiling, very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay for a week and highly recommend.
Centrally located, helpful front staff, great spa, hotel restaurant. They had all of our four rooms next to each other which was so considerate.

The reception staff were so lovely and friendly. Our room was so spacious and very clean.The bed was so comfortable (one of the best hotel beds I've slept in whilst in Vietnam). The Bathroom had the best shower with ample hot water and great fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice including western foods. The staff serving at the roof top bar were lovely. A very clean comfortable hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there.
