The location is perfect . Lots of restaurants and spas around.

First the staff is rude .

Also they had mentioned that they have air conditioning but when we were there late January they had set the whole hotel on one temperature so it means you cannot individually change the room temperature to your liking. We had to ask for a table fan middle of the night it was so uncomfortable.

Even after I had bought this up with the manager and I asked for some sort of compensation he said ,I am sorry but we can’t . He even agreed that they had advertised it wrong and there was no mention what so ever you can’t use the air conditioning.

I strongly suggest don’t stay here .

The breakfast was a joke I mean I had stayed in even cheaper hotel in Vietnam before this one and even they offered tea in the breakfast they only had black coffee for a choice and funny thing is tea is every where in Vietnam.

Overall waste of money to be honest only one great thing is a location .

Pros:

The hotel is really nice—I loved the interior. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around. The location is very convenient, right next to Sapa Station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐

Breakfast was good, and the location is great with plenty of nearby restaurants. The receptionists speak good English, making communication easy, and they were very helpful in booking our transfer for the tour. Would recommend! ⭐

Pros:

Location was fab, and the breaky was pretty good. Very affordable price and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Rusty nail in shower, and no cooling feature on aircon which meant room was very stuffy and warm. Other than this, place was great. Would stay again.

Emplacement sur la place centrale face a gare pour le fansipan. Super!
La gentillesse du personnel et tout particulièrement Kelvin qui a tout fait pour qu'on puisse récupérer nôtres sac à dos oublié au pont de glace.Encore merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
La ville est très sympa.

Cons:

La wifi n'est pas bonne voire nulle au 4 ème étage.
Très bonne au rez-de-chaussée .
Les prises courant pas très fonctionnelles

I will stay again
Pros:

big rooms. we got rooms over looking the street/ square. breakfast was very good. location is also perfect.

Cons:

no aircon in the room. i had to ask for a fan which was readily available. i was told they only have the AC for heating purposes. we couldn't open the windows also for security reasons but with the fan, the room was comfortable. We slept well.
