Excellent place! Best choice!!
Pros:

Excelente location, breakfast, clean.
The room has a beautiful decoration.
The hotel has very nice Sky Bar with a good view and Spa with good massage.
Jayce is was amazing in our reception, prepare a beautiful room for us.
Thomas was very gentle and help us with information about Sapa.
All staff are good and smile every time!

We had a wonderful time in Hotel Sapa Square!!

The reception staff were so lovely and friendly. Our room was so spacious and very clean.The bed was so comfortable (one of the best hotel beds I've slept in whilst in Vietnam). The Bathroom had the best shower with ample hot water and great fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice including western foods. The staff serving at the roof top bar were lovely. A very clean comfortable hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Location was good if you want to be right in the center of town

Cons:

Very noisy area. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Walls are thin so heard kids screaming and parents screaming at the kids until midnight for 2 nights . Staff was rude. We had issues with the air con in our room and after a lengthy discussion before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not clean especially in bathroom with mold growing in shower, Buffet breakfast was only average.
