Disappointed. Pictures and description not accurate,
Pros:

Location was good if you want to be right in the center of town

Cons:

Very noisy area. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Walls are thin so heard kids screaming and parents screaming at the kids until midnight for 2 nights . Staff was rude. We had issues with the air con in our room and after a lengthy discussion before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not clean especially in bathroom with mold growing in shower, Buffet breakfast was only average.

First the staff is rude .

Also they had mentioned that they have air conditioning but when we were there late January they had set the whole hotel on one temperature so it means you cannot individually change the room temperature to your liking. We had to ask for a table fan middle of the night it was so uncomfortable.

Even after I had bought this up with the manager and I asked for some sort of compensation he said ,I am sorry but we can’t . He even agreed that they had advertised it wrong and there was no mention what so ever you can’t use the air conditioning.

I strongly suggest don’t stay here .

The breakfast was a joke I mean I had stayed in even cheaper hotel in Vietnam before this one and even they offered tea in the breakfast they only had black coffee for a choice and funny thing is tea is every where in Vietnam.

Overall waste of money to be honest only one great thing is a location .

Breakfast was good, and the location is great with plenty of nearby restaurants. The receptionists speak good English, making communication easy, and they were very helpful in booking our transfer for the tour. Would recommend! ⭐

The hotel is really nice—I loved the interior. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around. The location is very convenient, right next to Sapa Station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐
