Excellent ambience with delicious food and great service accompanied by generous hospitality and helpful staff

The hotel is very nice value for the money. The staff is superb and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the local delicacies are delicious.
The one complaint I have is the music. It's very loud and annoying. It's everywhere, one cannot have a peaceful moment. They should play Indian classical music, this is India afterall

The experience was too good. Really enjoyed the environment and location. Rooms are so clean. Really like the atmosphere of the hotel. No noise just peace and peace. Service is too good and amenities are excellent. Overall ITC Jodhpur is valuable and worthy.

A special thanks to Richpal and Baljeet for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond by organising a beautiful anniversary cake for my parents, decorating the room so thoughtfully, arranging a lovely bouquet, and even making a personalised greeting card with my parents’ photo.

Their warm and personalised service made the celebration extra special for our family. Truly a memorable experience!

Great hotel with amazing satffs

We stayed at ITC Jodhpur from 3rd to 7th February, booking two rooms. The property itself is beautiful — very spacious and clean with well-maintained lawns, a great activity area for kids, excellent restaurants and bars, and good quality food. The rooms and bathrooms are well-sized with tasteful décor, and overall the hotel infrastructure is impressive.

However, the experience was impacted by multiple service and process issues.

At check-in, despite being a Gold member eligible for upgrades, I was initially denied a room category upgrade and only received it after insisting on written clarification. Although we had made 100% advance payment through the ITC app, we were asked to pay again at check-in, and it took time for the team to verify the payment.

Room service was slow — even a simple ice bucket request required reminders and took 30–40 minutes. Housekeeping frequently missed replenishing essentials like drinking water, towels, foot mats, and tea/coffee sachets. Used utensils were left in corridors for 10–12 hours.

On the third day of our four-night stay, both room key cards stopped working as the system showed us checked out, requiring another visit to reception.

At checkout, we were again asked to make full payment, and the team had to refer to screenshots of our payment confirmation emails.

Food prices are extremely expensive. A simple dal was priced upwards of ₹500 and a can of Coke around ₹300 plus taxes. My advice would be to book a package that includes breakfast and at least one additional meal to avoid very high dining bills.

Overall, ITC Jodhpur is a lovely property with great facilities, but the experience was significantly let down by service lapses and weak internal processes.

Beatiful, great food, nice people! All together 5 out of 5 star! Lovely place to take a vacation! Have a big wedding or for any occasion!

Has great restaurant options along with a vintage touch bar !

Pool table and Foos ball table to burn some calories while food or drink is being prepared .

Hi-Tea served in Kulhad every evening and traditional rajasthani performances in the evening keep guests enthralled .

Swimming pool to take a dip or just lounge to enjoy the winter sun .

F&B and Housekeeping make regular occasions special with a dessert tray and Indian snacks jar in the room .

Great place to bring in special occasions like the new year !

I had a two night stay at stay at the hotel during the year end. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed very warmly by all the staff members. A whole entourage came to drop us off at our villa. I was travelling with my family and we had booked their 2 bedroom villa with private sit-out and pool. There are only 2 such villas in the property, and each of these villas come equipped with all modern amenities and luxury indulges, along with a personal butler.

The villa was extremely spacious with two equal sized bedrooms and a large sitting cum dining hall. There was a private sit-out area by the pool, and another shared sit-out with the adjoining villa. The layout of the two villas felt perfect for weddings and other such events as the property itself was sprawling, with ample open space to host large events. The other rooms were in the main building block.

The service and behaviour of the staff was really nice during our stay. The property was running in full occupancy, however, each staff member took their time to greet every guest with a smile. The gentleman assigned to our villa was Mr. Shashank, and he took very good care of us. He was available 24x7 and his demeanour was especially wonderful.

We took advantage of the large dining table in our room and only ordered IRD for dinner on both days. While the Indian selections in their menu were excellent, the same could not be said for the continental and oriental dishes we tried. Breakfasts were just alright and there was nothing to note or highlight.

Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay. One thing that the hotel has to work on during the winters is to install air purifiers in the rooms, or at least in the drawing/dining hall in the villas. Our dining hall was filled with a smoky smell throughout the evening owing to the pollution and large glass aperture. Although, the issue was somewhat resolved by turning on the AC, but this option is less desirable in the winters when you are trying to keep the insides warm. That being said, I would not mind visiting the property again in the near future, especially during warmer months to make full use of the villa.

ITC welcomhotel is a nice large property situated 15-20 minutes away from Jodhpur city.

We stayed here during New Year 2026 and had a good experience. The rooms are spacious and have a bathtub. We recommend Garden facing rooms for a good view. The hotel also has a swimming pool, large lawns and kids play area, which can keep children busy.

The restaurant also serves a good buffet with a decent spread. They also have a traditional Rajasthani restaurant.

However, the overall experience and service in this hotel does not match upto 4/5 star standards. We paid almost double the average rates because of the peak season, but we did not find any value after paying so much. The staff & service is not very well refined or polished, although they're hospitable (Good hospitality is common all over Rajasthan).
