My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge.
Pros:

I made a reservation at this ITC hotel in February 2026 for a family trip. About a week ago, I logged into the website to show my wife our reservation. To my surprise, my reservation had been canceled. After several emails and a phone call to ITC reservations they refused to reinstate my reservation, even though it was cancelled without my knowledge. I was not looking for a special discount. All I requested was that my reservation be reinstated, instead they offered me a new reservation for which the price was nearly 40% higher. This is unacceptable.

Had I not checked I would have shown up at the hotel with my family with no room to check-in to. If you are making a reservation at this hotel, I strongly caution you that your booking may be cancelled at any time.

Visit property when family had a function there . My cousin got married in ITC Jodhpur. The property was valuable and Amazing. No noise level just peace and rooms are so neat and clean and amenities are also great.
