Stayed here in Dec 2025 during a wedding celebration.

Rooms are large and well appointed. Lots of nifty details that make it a positive experience. Balcony was a positive in the cool weather.

The main restaurant had a scrumptious buffet and covered all the usual angles. Room service was punctual and efficient. Other food at the wedding venues was also very good.

Service overall was a big positive. They did a quick turnaround for ironing wedding clothes, which was awesome.

The hotel has large lawn areas and banquet rooms in multiple locations which make it an ideal location for events like weddings or conferences.

I would recommend staying here, or booking the hotel for an event.

We had a lovely stay at the Welcomhotel in Jodhpur. Puran and Pankaj were very helpful with our luggage. The entire staff at the Welcome Cafe was very accommodating, and the food was good. Our room was clean and comfortable. We used the laundry service, and our clothes were returned quickly and well-cleaned. The premises were beautiful. Located just outside the city, it is a calmer location while still offering quick access to the city center.

A very luxurious hotel on the outskirts of Jodhpur set in beautiful grounds. We wereonly there for one night but the room was wonderful, comfortable and quiet, and the dining room served a buffet with ample choice of food at both dinner and breakfast.

It was a great experience. Jay Kishan took great care of us. A special thanks to Mr Akshat for making my birthday celebration so special.

Absolutely breathtaking property, well maintained and relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Jodhpur City. The art collection that is on display is something to be seen. It's almost like a museum. The staff is very friendly and take care of all your needs. The cuisine choices are excellent and provide variety for all types of tastes. It's a resort-like experience and provides the perfect family getaway

ITC is excellent and great for family and really enjoying my ongoing stay for my birthday celebration here ! Hopefully will have more such visits here with my family

Our one-day stay at Welcomhotel was truly wonderful. We had a positive experience encompassing everything from the food to the room comfort.

We especially recommend the food at Sholla. It was delicious, cooked in a traditional style with less oil, and we enjoyed every bite. Children had a fantastic time utilizing the play area and swimming pool.

The breakfast offered a wide variety, including traditional Rajasthani specialties like Mirchi Vada and Kachori. The services matched the prices perfectly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at ITC Welcome, Jodhpur. Right from the start, the hospitality stood out — special thanks to Jitendra at the reception, who helped us with an early check-in and made the process seamless.

The property truly lives up to its 5-star standards. Every corner is spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the brand’s attention to detail.

The dining experience at Chinkara was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with so much variety that you can’t leave without a full stomach!

Another highlight was the pool area, which is the largest in this category in Jodhpur. The thoughtful design includes three sections: a dedicated pool for small kids where they can enjoy safely, and a main pool divided into zones of 3 ft and 4 ft depth — perfect for both adults and children. We also appreciated the constant supervision by the pool staff, ensuring safety for everyone, especially the kids.

Overall, ITC Welcome Jodhpur gave us a stay filled with comfort, luxury, and memorable moments.

Welcomhotel by ITC, Jodhpur, is a stunning property spread over 11 acres. The design inspired by the Blackbuck is unique, the pools are large, the rooms spacious, and the location peaceful on the outskirts with lovely views. Dinner and breakfast offered a huge variety and were delicious. Hospitality from restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent – special thanks to Mohan (Room Service), Divanshu (Bar), Archana (Restaurant), Akshat (Restaurant Manager), Bornitaa, and Chote Ram, who made our stay memorable.

However, the front desk was a major letdown. We waited 10 minutes at the porch with luggage and no one came to assist. At check-in, despite prior confirmation for early arrival, we had to wait an hour, and the staff member at the desk (blue blazer, spectacles) was visibly unhappy, unprofessional, and showed no basic courtesy or warmth.

ITC is known for its hospitality, and such indifference at the reception is unacceptable. Everything else was excellent, but the front desk needs urgent improvement.

I stayed here for one day as part of my birthday trip. The property has its own charm, and while some aspects were wonderful, others left me expecting more from the ITC brand.

Why to Stay Here?
• The property is spread across 11 acres, surrounded by lush green gardens, offering many peaceful corners to sit and relax.
• Facilities include a large swimming pool, beautiful restaurants, and a well-equipped gym.
• The “Blackbuck” theme across the property is unique and admirable, symbolizing love and respect for animals.
• Rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. I had a lovely pool view, and the room was decorated for my birthday with a cake – a thoughtful gesture.
• Dining experience was excellent:
• Special thanks to Akshat (Restaurant Manager) for being warm, attentive, and ensuring a delightful dinner and breakfast.
• Archana and Bornita were outstanding in their hospitality.
• The food was delicious with a wide variety, especially the local desserts which are a must-try.
• Breakfast was lavish with everything tasting perfect.
• Divanshu crafted wonderful cocktails, while Mohan at room service and Chote Ram at the door added to the warmth of the stay.

What Fell Short:
• The front desk experience was disappointing. The staff member in charge (in blazer) was professional, but lacked warmth and hospitality. In hospitality, professionalism is important, but warmth is what makes guests feel truly welcome.
• This was the first ITC property I have stayed at with no welcome ritual, evening activity, or music. I have stayed in more than 10 ITC and ITC-affiliated hotels, and usually, there’s something that showcases the cultural essence of the location. Here, that special ITC touch was missing, which was disheartening, especially since it was my birthday trip.
• The location is far from the city, which makes commuting difficult. Cabs rarely come here, and if they do, they charge almost double. Returning from the city is a real challenge unless you book through the hotel itself.

Overall:
The property is beautiful, food is exceptional, and the service by restaurant and housekeeping staff was truly memorable. However, the lack of cultural experiences, weak front desk hospitality, and distance from the city made this stay feel average compared to the high standards I usually associate with ITC hotels.
