Pros:

Nota 10 para o quarto que mesmo pequeno coube todas as minhas coisas (pois havia mesa e armário com cabides).
Nota 10 pelo isolamento acústico pois a região é movimentada mas tive uma boa noite de sono mesmo sendo fim de semana. Além disso, a cama também é muito confortável.
Nota 10 para o café da manhã, que mesmo simples não senti falta de nada e tinham coisas de qualidade.
Nota 1.000 para os funcionários que foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e gentis.

E por fim, foi o melhor custo benefício que achei.
