Eu gostei do Atendimento da recepção, portaria e do pessoal do café da manhã que são educados.

Cons:

Do banheiro que é pequeno e da tubulação que passava pelo banheiro, da janela com as ripas que tira a visão da rua e o lençol que não estava totalmente limpo e o fato de ter só duas tomadas e uma sendo do frigobar, pois aí tem que desligar o frigobar para carregar o celular quando tem mais de um hóspede no quarto.

A localização é excelente, os funcionários são educados.

Cons:

O hotel poderia instalar um aparelho de ar dos modernos, aparelho antigo, no primeiro dia tinha poeira nas saídas de ar, no segundo dia limparam sem eu pedir. Não tem canais de TV fechada, sinal de internet horrível, cama extremamente macia, fiquei com dor nas costas. O café da manhã com "suco" de pozinho, tanto mercado de fruta por perto, deixou a desejar.
