Great value for not so demanding guests.
Pros:

Kind staff, good breakfast, location in the center of the village, good if you plan a trip to Saona. Old, but functional kitchen, spacious apartment. A terrace is nice to sit outside.

Cons:

The inner interior is old and dated, not so clean, bugs and cockroaches are present occasionally.

Struttura da evitare per molteplici ragioni.

Le stanze risultano poco curate: anche un ambiente essenziale può trasmettere attenzione e piacere nell’abitare uno spazio, qualità che qui sono completamente assenti.

La pulizia è a dir poco approssimativa: della crema accidentalmente caduta nel lavandino è rimasta lì per tre giorni, senza che venisse rimossa.

La colazione è estremamente povera e organizzata con modalità rigide e impersonali, più vicine a una gestione “da caserma” che a un contesto di ospitalità. Un’impostazione che stride completamente con l’idea di vacanza e benessere.

La posizione, inoltre, è tutt’altro che favorevole: rumori di scooter e continui movimenti fino a tarda notte generano un sottofondo di agitazione e nervosismo difficilmente riconducibile a una causa precisa, ma costantemente percepibile.

La criticità maggiore riguarda però il personale. In particolare una ragazza italiana, Margherita, si è distinta per toni sgarbati e un atteggiamento apertamente ostile, del tutto inadeguato e non professionale rispetto a una semplice richiesta. Questo contribuisce a un clima generale tutt’altro che accogliente, in cui manca completamente la serenità che dovrebbe caratterizzare un soggiorno di questo tipo.

Successivamente ci siamo trasferiti presso Villa Iguana, dove l’atmosfera è risultata diametralmente opposta. Andate lì!

El colchón una piedra , q el desayuno fuera limitado en cuestión de variedad y un poco en cantidad . Que no tuviera disponibilidad de almorzar o cenar en lugar , aunque sea con horario y variedad limitada . Y otras cuestiones Como por ejemplo toallas , papel higiénico y algún visitante inesperado.

Cons:

El desayuno era escaso, nunca me han dado un desayuno tan pobre en un hotel.
Las instalaciones deficientes, suciedad, ventiladores que se caen del techo, colchones como sofás que no se adaptan al mueble, cocina sin utensilios, llaves del agua que se salen de la base, ruidos de los grifos como pitidos. No hablemos del wifi que brilla por su ausencia fuera de la recepción.
