Cons:

Me dieron una habitación en la que había las cucarachas más grandes que he visto jamás. Hice fotos y se las enseñé en recepción. Pedí un cambio de Habitacion y en esta no vi pero si unas instalaciones muy descuidadas con muchos agujeros y siempre intranquilo de encontrarme con más bichos. Tuve que decirle a la chica de la limpieza que quitase una bolsa con cosas que había en el armario cuando llegué y ahí seguía al siguiente día. Además pedí dos veces que pusieran jabón tanto en el lavamanos como en la ducha pasados dos días me fui y todavía no lo habían repuesto. No hubo ni una sola intención, especial grave, incidente de las cucarachas de tener un detalle en cuanto a rebaja de precio o rebaja para una futura estancia.

La ubicació és molt bona. Les habitacions espaioses i confortables, silencioses. El bar molt agradable.

Cons:

El tracte de la recepcionista -una noia- inadequat. Informació sobre la nostra reserva confosa i en desacord amb el que habíem parlat amb l'altra persona encarregada. Va ser lamentable el tracte, també envers la nostra llengua, incapaç de fer cap esforç per entendre'ns, exigint-nos sense cap respecte que li parléssim en castellà. No m'explico com no podia entendre: "la targeta de l'habitació no funciona", molt similar en castellà. Penso que la llengua del territori mereix més respecte, les persones que la parlem també. Segur que a un estranger no li posa tantes pegues! Deplorable!

Molto carino!
Pros:

Hotel vicino allo stadio in zona tranquilla. A 3 min a piedi si trova la fermata dell’autobus, a 10 min quella della metro. La colazione l’abbiamo fatta sempre al bar dell’hotel dove non c’è un prezzo fisso, ma si paga quello che si consuma, altrimenti è disponibile la colazione a buffet. Personale molto gentile e camere belle e spaziose.

Cons:

La pulizia in camera non è molto accurata.
