La ubicación. El personal estuvo bien. La decoración era bonita, la estancia fue tranquila.

Cons:

El baño, por protocolo no pueden tener escobillas, pero no teníamos ninguna alternativa. Tuve que salir a comprar una.

Todo tal cual en las fotos. La atención del personal excelente. La habitación bien equipada y camas cómodas. Zona muy segura y tranquila. Recomiendo, si vas en auto, bajar tu equipaje en el hotel y luego llevar al estacionamiento.

Buen hotel en Valencia
Pros:

Recepción 24 horas que permite llegar tarde y tener indicaciones de alguien. El personal de recepcion sumamente amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar en toda petición Muy bien ubicado en Valencia, en mi caso debía ir a la facultad de Medicina y quedaba a 10 minutos caminando en un trayecto fácil de seguir

Pros:

Estaba cerca de las facultades y no muy lejos del centro para ir caminando.

Cons:

Tiene que mejorar la accesibilidad. Íbamos con un carrito de bebé y para subir a la planta de acceso al hall teníamos que subir por escaleras (no encontramos una rampa ni tampoco ascensor). Una vez dentro del hotel, sí que tiene ascensor (es algo estrecho para nuestro carro - inglesina aptica xt -, pero pudimos subir a la segunda planta).

La segunda planta es la última del hotel, pero no está insonorizada (al menos nuestra habitación); la planta tercera y sucesivas pertenecen a un bloque de pisos por lo que se escuchaba a los vecinos del tercero y nada podíamos hacer.

El hotel no tiene garaje propio, aunque cuentan con un convenio con un parking próximo al hotel. Si bien, para dejar las maletas y hacer el check-in carecen de un pequeño espacio en el que dejar el coche de manera momentánea. Creo que sería bueno tenerlo, aunque fuera para un par de coches, porque tuvimos que dejarlo mal aparcado en una calle con mucho tráfico.
