The Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the stadium which was for us as Man United fans absolutely perfect. Walk outside the hotel door and turn left and there is the stadium, ideal for a quick shopping tour. The quality of towels and bedding was excellent and a lot of small details such as the naming of shower gel and shampoo just made us smile
Finding the car park was not easy for us coming from Germany. It took 3 attempts despite the people on reception that we talked to. I would suggest a small downloadable map or simple details on the website for those of us that do not know the area

There was absolutely nothing that I didnt like.
It was crazy busy although it was match day. Couldn’t get a table in bar or restaurant. Reception was manic also . Amazing location! Comfortable beds. Didn’t eat here . Pricey for what you get
I liked the room it was very nice. The pitch at the top of the hotel was mainly where we were my son loved every second playing up there.
I didnt really get along with the pillow. Found it hard to get comfortable.
