Very wellnthought out Man Utd themes hotel. Perfectly placed right next to stadium. Staff very pleasant and food was good.

My son and I had a great day and really enjoyed the hospitality experience at Hotel Football. The whole event was run very professionally with Chanel and staff ensuring that you felt very welcome and well looked after. Great to hear from Lee Sharpe and a bonus to be able to get a photo with him. The food was excellent and the service to ensure we were never short of drink of choice was superb. Of course there was the extra bonus of having Sammy McIllroy chat to us after the game also.

This is the second time we have used the Hotel Football hospitality and will definitely recommend it to people (as we have been) and we will be sure to use again in the future.

Always such a friendly, warm welcome, in a fantastic location opposite the ground.

We often use Hotel Football for the boys birthdays and the Hotel Football team are brilliant, special mention to Chanel and Andy who do a great job of hosting the hospitality.
Alix who handles our booking for the hotel is also very accommodating and helpful.

The day never feels rushed and the informal and intimate guest speaker slots are always great fun, as is the United quiz!

Fully recommend whether with friends or family.

Location, friendly staff and great facilities

The room, view and how professional and friendly the staff were

Amazing staff, fab room, comfy bed good location for tram ect

Pros:

- The room is nice enough. The bed is comfy, and the desk was a good enough size to work on.
- Lots of coat hangers
- Great location
- Reasonable price
- The shower was good, and nice
- Complimentary mini bar (freddos, lollies, fizzy drinks, crisps)

Cons:

- After 20 minutes of driving around diversions (not their fault), I finally found the hotel car park. I was left waiting for 15 minutes at the gate, with no answer at reception. I find it astonishing that a 4* hotel would allow the phones to be unmanned for 15 minutes.
- The hotel lobby doesn't seem like a hotel lobby. Seems like the reception of a power league or something. Not particularly nice.
- No extractor fan in the bathroom - mirror therefore took ages to clear.
- Radiator in the bathroom seemed a bit mouldy.
- The chair in the room was not ideal for working. Could not adjust it, and it was too high for the height of the desk, so it was quite uncomfortable.

All in all I would stay again, but I would say closer to a 3* hotel than 4*.

My other half had booked me the class of 92 suite for my birthday and from start of the stay right to the end it was an absolute pleasure, the receptionists were so helpful and friendly and all the staff in the bar and restaurant accommodating, amazing food, service, cleanliness, location and amenities. Would and will be coming back in the near future.

Right from check in with Yan to breakfast the next day, everything was great
We had the meal deal for evening meal and breakfast, that was a good deal and worth doing.
We had a view of the stadium which was appreciated.
We didn’t look around the area, only to the Man Utd shop - we got a 10%off voucher too
Also got a free drink voucher to use in the bar.

Huge shout out to Sharmila on reception. She was super hard working, incredibly polite and really helpful. Gave me all the information I needed, helped with the door and my bags and made me feel welcome and looked after.

Sharmila worked until late and then came back to do an early morning shift. Even though she was exhausted she was cheerful and so sweet.

For me, Sharmila was the best part of my stay - please give her a pay raise.

Great check in experience. Sharmila on reception was nothing but welcoming and friendly. Staying for 2 nights and so far everyone has been lovely, including the staff in the cafe. Rooms are clean and the view is perfect! We are in a class of 92 room! My son is LOVING it.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Football. Unbelievable location next to Old Trafford. Room was very nice with a great view of the stadium. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying at HF. Will definitely being staying again next visit.
