la chambre était spacieuse, l'hôtel bien situé. Hors saison on peut se garer facilement et gratuitement dans les rues avoisinantes

Nous étions dans un studio avec un bruit de fond de ventilation non stop! Ce n'était pas reposant du tout. pas de peignoirs prévus pour le spa . Nous recevons 1 serviette par personne en plus et une carte pour entrer dans le spa à la réception ( ce qui nous a coûté 35€ de plus sur le prix de la chambre). Spa très bruyant, de jeunes enfants n'arrêtaient pas de sauter dans l'eau en hurlant....l'eau de la piscine est correcte mais le jacuzzi est froid! ça ne vaut pas les 35€ payés en plus.

Pros:

Un studio commode pour éviter les repas du soir

Cons:

Un concert très bruyant jusqu'à 23h . La direction devrait nous prévenir lors de la réservation. Une fête était organisée (probablement dans la salle à manger) et le bruit était insupportable. L'accueil nous a proposé de changer de chambre mais nous étions déjà installés et couché.

Pros:

nothingThe hotel had a really unpleasant smell throughout. I checked my mattress to be on the safe side and under my sheet on the mattress protector were loads of hair from different people. Disgusting. The mattress wasn't looking too fresh either and clearly hasn't seen a hoover in years.

Bon par le personnel et le petit déjeuné mais photos mensongères sur booking

Cons:

Le manque de clarté sur les prix. Sur le site et sur booking on parle de basse et haute saison (uniquement dans les commentaires / questions) et on n’a pas les informations exactes pour savoir QUAND nous sommes en haute saison.
Surprise de savoir qu’en mars nous sommes déjà en haute saison ? Et donc le prix du petit déjeuné et du spa est augmenté, nous le savons qu’arrive à l’hôtel.

Également la devanture de l’hôtel n’est absolument pas la même que sur les photos de booking. En réalité elle n’est pas très propre et surtout le bâtiment n’est pas le même. Cela ressemble à des photos mensongères.
