This was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in while visiting Door County. Furniture and decor was a bit outdated but everything was clean and staff was extremely nice.

Relaxing getaway. We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for exploring Door County. Our room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The hotel restaurant and staff were also wonderful. We loved having coffee on our patio in the morning, too!

The location of this hotel is perfect. The views of the lake and the access to the pier and the beach can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub looked wonderful, but we didn’t actually use them this time. Our room was very comfy. The bed was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Excellent view of the water with waterfront property for guests to use. Great for romantic getaway, or for my wife and I a great place to bring our 5 month old son on his first vacation. Was able to take him swimming for the first time and in a great pool to introduce him to swimming.

We absolutely loved our stay at Edgewater! The room was awesome with a great view and the location in Ephraim is great! We loved the fish boil at The Old Post office restaurant and also breakfast there. We can’t wait to come back.

Pros:

Nice room. Easy to get too. Pet friendly!! My only negative comment would be regarding the “after hours” phone number. We had a toilet issue, had water on the floor, and the only number given was for lockout service, otherwise leave a message. Went to office right when they opened in the morning and a service person was there in under an hour to take care of it. But we worried all night about the need to use the toilet. Would definitely go back.
