Cons:

The room was so dirty and dusty and when we were staying there all of a sudden the tiles started to crack and it was so scary as i was with my family and we had to evacuate the room immediately and check out but i didn’t get any refund or discounts when we confronted the staff they said their boss will contact us but it has been 2 days now and still no response

Servis teruk …. Dah booking awal tapi diaorg suka2 cancel booking hari yg nak check in pada hal kami dah msg kata sampai lewat sebab jem ….. yg jaga kaunter pun cakap tak de adap pekerja asing ….. Dah la suka2 cancel booking pastu dia nak salah kan kita check in lewat pada hal kita ni dah siap msg awal2 cakap hway jem …… mmg melampau …. Siap dia ckp bilik kamu kami dah kasi org lain …. Mmg kurang ajar … siap nak ajar suruh pakai
Agoda la ape la … masalahnya aku ni pergi merata pakai booking.com tak de masalah pun ….. hotel ni yg bermasalah pekerja warga asing

Cons:

Totally disappointing.

First, I was given a room where the water heater wasn’t functioning at all. I approached the receptionist for assistance and was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had an air-conditioner that was not working properly. Although the receptionist responded promptly and arranged for it to be checked, the issue remained the same even in the middle of the night.

Thank you to the receptionist for their quick support. However, the management seriously needs to take proper action to ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and repaired before guests check in.
