Well managed, secure and clean place that is perfect for a cost efficient stay in SF.
Pros:

I enjoyed how clean and cozy the room was, especially the view we had of the city from our window. I also enjoyed the rooftop terrace over looking the area. It made me feel safe to know that they don't allow everyone in the lobby and that it's operated either with a room key or manually by the front desk, especially being in an area that isn't the best. They kept it pretty secure. I also enjoyed how the front desk answered every call immediately without wait time and they were very professional and friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the environment outside of the hotel but obviously they can't control that. I also didn't like how parking wasn't included in the price of the room, but that's literally every hotel in SF.

My stay for this property was overpriced for the area this was located in San Francisco. Area was a busy street with lot

Bed and blankets were very soft and comfortable.

Cons:

12/31/25-1/1/26- Property was right in mission district aka tenderloin. I had a homeless guy try to open my car door while waiting for valet to get my car (luckily the door was locked). Only 2 staff members at the desk during the beginning of check in time (3:20pm) and service was slow. There was an extremely long line and not enough space to get past guests who were waiting to be checked in.

Super, zu empfehlen!
Pros:

1. Das Zimmer
Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gab Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner für die Haare. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass das Bad sehr geräumig war und man auch im Zimmer selbst genügend Platz hatte.
2. Das Frühstück
Das Frühstück hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Speisen – ideal, vor allem wenn man aus Europa kommt und eine gewisse Vielfalt gewohnt ist. Es gab auch immer frisches Obst.
3. Die Lobby-Getränke
In der Lobby konnte man sich jederzeit Kaffee oder Tee holen – unbegrenzt. Das fand ich wirklich klasse, da es sehr komfortabel ist und man sich jederzeit bedienen kann.
4. Kostenloses Wasser bei der Ankunft
Besonders nett fand ich, dass man zu Beginn zwei Flaschen Wasser erhalten hat. Ein kleiner, aber sehr hilfreicher Service.

Cons:

Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts, was mir negativ aufgefallen wäre. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Bei dem Frühstück wäre es schön, wenn die Eigerichte (Omletts etc) vegetarisch sein könnten. Oft war Fleisch mit drin, das fand ich schade.

It was a great place to stay if you want to roam around downtown SanFrancisco.
Pros:

Cleanliness and security. Breakfast was really great except the staff. I think they don’t like their job. It’s Christmas for all time sake.

The rooms were clean

Cons:

The location of the property is terrible. Staff tried to mislead me about the safety of my car. I was charged for valet service that was blocks away from the hotel. In an area that is unsupervised unlocked homeless encampment. I ended up leaving that night. The whole experience was terrible and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
