Nice hotel if you need to sleep in downtown
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel, located in a slightly less nice area. Hot and tasty breakfast is included in the price. It’s very close to a few convenient stores, bars, restaurants, and 2-3 metro stations.

Cons:

It’s not their fault but there are a lot of homeless people in this part of the city.
