Отель прекрасный, тихий и уютный, напоминает европейскую виллу. Прекрасная зеленая территория! Дружелюбный персонал! Чистый бассейн! Вкусная еда в ресторане в отеле. Спасибо!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing pool area. Overall, everything was well taken care of, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would happily stay here again!

Every single member of the staff is super nice. Room is large and comfy

Cons:

It's actually 2km from city center and no easy access food options by foot.

There are karaoke nearby and sometimes you hear them at night

Pros:

Solo estuvimos unas horas, pero el personal se vio amable y, sobretodo, nos gustaron las instalaciones: habitaciones muy grandes y la zona de la piscina muy bonita.

Cons:

La ubicación no es nada céntrica. Lo escogimos porque nos interesaba estar al lado de una terminal de buses, pero si no es el caso, no es la mejor zona.

L'hôtel est tout a fait charmant (style architectural); le personnel était très à l'écoute, disponible et sympathique; la
taille de la chambre était tout à fait satisfaisante; le massage énergique mais salutaire car effectué en profondeur.

Cons:

Un petit rafraîchissement de la salle de bain serait à envisager; le petit déjeuner n'est pas renouvelé, ce qui est répétitif pour quelqu'un qui reste plusieurs jours.

A szállás és a környék jó volt, a képeknek megfelelő. A szoba kényelmes volt. Kérésünkre biztosították a két külön ágyat is.

Cons:

A reggeli nagyon kevés volt. Egy szelet bacon és ennyi. Ennél azért többet vártunk.

Szuper szállás, kedves személyzet, kellemes hotel.
Pros:

Nagy méretű szoba, ágy, erkély és óriási fürdőkád a szobában; teljesen felszerelt szállás. Finom ételek. Kedves személyzet, nagyon segítőkészek.

Cons:

Takarítás néha (késő) délután volt, ami picit zavaró, illetve nem mindig tökéletes. Medencében kora reggeltől késő estig lehet tartózkodni, amit előszeretettel ki is használnak a sikoltozó gyerekek. A környező utcákban sok a sörkert, hangos a zene, sokáig nyitva tartanak, főleg hétvégén.

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Unser Hotel ist inzwischen ziemlich alt. Türen klemmten, das Bad hatte Stockflecken und offene Mauerstellen. Es hat permanent übel gerochen im Bad. Das war auch in Anbetracht des Preis/Leistung Verhältnis nicht akzeptabel. Massage war dann im eigenen Zimmer - das war vorher auch nicht kommuniziert worden

Ottimo hotel, carino, pulito e confortevole.
Pros:

Hotel molto curato, fin nei minimi particolari. Noi abbiamo preso una junior suite ad un ottimo prezzo e la camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina è un toccasana dopo una giornata intensa e il bar a bordo vasca offre cocktail a prezzi convenienti. Se tornassi a Siem Reap sicuramente tornerei in questo hotel.

Cons:

Abbiamo provato a noleggiare uno scooter attraverso l'hotel, che si appoggia ad un'agenzia esterna per questi servizi. Il primo scooter che ci hanno portato non si accendeva e il secondo non restava acceso. In sintesi abbiamo dovuto rinunciare ad usare la moto e abbiamo perso due ore.

Agradable estancia con personal increible
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron con el traslado desde y al aeropuerto en taxi privado (pagado) y facilitaban tuktuk gratuito desde la parada del autobús del aeropuerto si preferías esa opción.
La comida del restaurante era rica también.

Cons:

Las camas eran un poco duras para nuestro gusto, pero se podía dormir bien.
No está muy cerca del centro pero por un tuktuk de 1€ estabas allí rápido.
