Very cozy villa and I would def book again

I enjoyed my stay there
Pros:

I loved the room, it was spacious and clean, the place had an amazing pool, the staff are kind and helpful, it is convenient as you can easily book all major activities and tours with them. The location is central so you aren't far from a lot of stuff. The resturant served amazing food and drinks, overall I loved the place and the atmosphere there.

Cons:

Its not the facilities fault but I hated the gecko sounds in the room as there were a few of them given the heat and humidity. They would make it hard to sleep at night.
The shower was not great as the pressure was low and it it needs to be replaced and one day the water didn't come out but it came back quickly

Pros:

Śniadania zróżnicowane. Można zjeść różnie podane jajka, śniadanie francuskie lub śniadanie lokalne. Bardzo ładne otoczenie na terenie hotelu. Bardzo kompetentna obsługa recepcji. Bez problemowo zamówili tuk-tuka do świątyń Angkor oraz zorganizowali transfer taksówką na lotnisko. Hotel trochę na uboczu i o to nam chodziło. Skorzystałabym z niego raz jeszcze.

Cons:

W hotelu wszystko ok. Natomiast w okolicy hotelu lokale z panienkami, ale nie jest to uciążliwe dla korzystających z hotelu.

Pros:

建物と敷地内がゆったりしていてリゾート感がありました。
部屋からの眺めも良く、バルコニーでゆったり過ごせたのがよかったです。
最初部屋に入ったとき、ベッドに飾り付けがしてあったのもホスピタリティを感じて感動しました。
スタッフも丁寧でした。
周辺は地元の人の居住エリアとカラオケバーが連なっている通りがあり、ホテル周辺にもレストランやお店はあります。
新空港からの送迎も割安で、夜遅い到着だったのでとても助かりました。

Cons:

ホテル自体の問題でははいのですが、近隣にカラオケバーがあり23時位までかなりうるさいです。毎晩耳栓をして寝ました。
街の中心地までは歩いていける距離ではないので、トゥクトゥクで10分くらいかかります。
部屋の中にも蚊が結構入ってきてしまうので、気になる人は蚊帳持って行った方がよいです。
気になる点色々書きましたが、総合的には安くて雰囲気良かったので満足しています。

部屋の設備を考えると、料金は妥当でした。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、ルームサービスも素晴らしかったです。何よりも、部屋がとても清潔でした。ホテルはあらゆる施設に近く、便利な場所にあります。

Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean. The swimming pool is great. Rooms are small but well laid out. The only minor issue is the towels are old and a bit past their best. Location is nice and near to the restuarant, shop.

Great stay!
Pros:

Always a beautiful stay...everything you need and lovely staff to assist you. Great views of the pool and the location can't be beaten. Good value and will be stay again
