Good

This hotel is an extended stay location. There was no coffee or hair dryer in the room. Nor a lobby with coffee. This is not a facility for someone who is traveling for an overnight stay.

An alarm started going off around midnight and no one was at front desk or reachable by phone. After two hourdd sad candy trying to call numerous numbers, I called the fire department.

Having my own kitchen

Omg this place was good awful ladies be prepared if you leave a stain on sheets they will charge you $25 if you have pets room service isn't available if you need clean sheets or towels better off bringing your own because they will charge you $25 for anything clean. Bring your own cleaning supplies because they don't believe in it if you have dogs even if dogs are not in room. They are exceptionally rude as hell management is they worst. Oh and they would prefer to talk to your children over speaking with you about problems and they are theives.. please for the love of God go else where. The only good thing is Scott the maintenance guy. Zero freaking stars for this place. If your not sleeping with one of the employees better buckle up cuz your stay will be hell

This place is a dump. Roaches crawling everywhere. Stains on the carpet and walls and bedding and anywhere you look just NASTY. Then the manager in the front office is very childish for the job she has. And the grounds keeper called the law on me to get me arrested on some bullcrap charge.

The room was not what was depicted in the pictures. The checkin staff was nice! We were not told we would have to take out our own garbage, but there are signs around that said to do so otherwise we’d be charged a fee. Weird. The beds were uncomfortable and little pillows were flat. I wouldn’t stay here again, sorry.

Clean, safe, quiet

Easy check-in and staff was very friendly. Clean, nice hotel and rooms. Plenty of parking.

To begin with the reservation call center is staffed by personnel that booked my stay completely incorrect. It took 2 calls to correct it in the timeframe of 30 minutes. They promised to correct the mistake and remove the incorrect reservation but billed me twice on two separate times for incorrect amounts. I was promised a refund for over billing but it was only partially done. The general manager supported me on this and I have documented texts to support my statements. Now I have been told that I am not welcome again, trust me that is no problem. If I could give them a negative rating I most certainly would.

This property smell like fish for both days i was there. The beds are lumpy. Hospitality was non-existent.

The door across from me had clearly been busted in or attempted to be busted in, and the bed was very uncomfortable, but other than that it was a nice room.

Called in morning to say toilet was plugged and it was not taken care by time returned in evening. The stink!
Other rooms smelled moldy.

Place is a dump. Uneducated staff.

Over all the hotel is Clean & comfortable. The wifi signal is horrible
The phone service is not good at all calls get dropped all the time & if u want
