Pros:

Bademantelgang in die Therme und die netten Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Die Gegend und das Bad sowie die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut. Habe mein Zimmer im ersten Stock 4 Monate im voraus gebucht und habe ein im Untergeschoss bekommen wo die Umkleidekabinen von den Mitarbeitern und die Reinigungstruppe mit ihren Putzwagen sich treffen, war nicht gerade ruhig. In der Nacht war auch immer ein komisches Geräusch zu hören. Habe eine Beschwerde per E-Mail gesendet und bis heute noch keine Antwort bekommen. Daran merkt man das es keinen Ineressiert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut , reichhaltig und schmackhaft . Das Zimmer schön groß und sehr sauber .

Cons:

Der Fernseher könnte etwas größer sein

Pros:

Gut ist die Nutzung der Silbertherme über den Bademantelgang

Cons:

Das Abendessen lässt zu wünschen übrig, das Salatbuffet ist noch annehmbar auch die Nachspeisen gehen noch, aber der Hauptgang ist kaum zu empfehlen, wir waren schon mehrere Male in diesem Haus und müssen leider feststellen, dass die Auswahl zwischen den vier möglichen Gerichten von mal zu mal schlechter wurde

Pros:

Ein passendes Rundumpaket

Cons:

Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten die nachts auseinander driften und man teilweise in die entstandene Fuge rutscht. Nach mehrmaligem zusammenschließen das Problem selber gelöst, Mut Gürtel die Bettpfosten zusammengeschnitten.

Es waren für uns und alle Teilnehe
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal in der Bedienung war äußerst freundlich, nett und flink. Alle waren sehr entgegenkommend bei Anfragen und Wünschen. Das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Das Bad sollte mit dem Hotel auch finanziell gemeinsam die Abrechnung ermöglichen. Das war für uns etwas umständlich geregelt. Ansonsten haben wir keine Probleme entdeckt.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt / schöne Therme / komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Ruhiges, sauberes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit guter Größe.
Bademantelgang
Therme und vor allem die Saunawelt sind ansprechend (Öffnungszeit bis 22 Uhr!)
Das Personal insbesondere beim Zimmerservice und im Restaurant war erstklassig. Das Hotel hat vermutlich bedingt durch die Lage (auch zur nahen Grenze) kaum Probleme, sehr gutes Personal zu finden.
Das Frühstuck war ok (Kaffeevollautomat hatte ich etwas vermisst). Abendbrot gibt es in zwei Gängen, wodurch man immer leicht einen Sitzplatz fand. Das Konzept mit der Auswahl des Hauptgangs zum Abendbrot beim Frühstück finde ich eine gute Idee. Der Hauptgang war geschmacklich immer sehr gut (das Buffett hatte ich kaum genutzt).

Cons:

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit in der Therme zum Bahnen schwimmen.
Das mit dem Schlüsselkonzept für den ersten Zugang zur Therme war etwas umständlich (in anderen Hotels bekommt man das alles beim einchecken und eine Tasche mit Saunatüchern steht im Zimmer).
Der Fernseher war sehr klein (für mich ohne Bedeutung da ich ihn ohnehin nie nutze).
