- Please note that a blue and white shuttle bus departs from Haneda International Airport, but only the blue shuttle takes guests to Hotel Mystays Haneda. The white one will take guests to Hotel Mystays Premier Omori.
-If the bus is full, guests may not be able to board the bus.
-The shuttle service may not be available for groups of 8 or more guests as the bus has a limited seating.
-Guests with large luggage such as surfboards and snowboards may not be allowed to board the bus for other guests' safety.

Pros:

Comfortable, large rooms two train stops from Haneda Airport, with complementary free shuttle service. Check-out is 11:00 am. It's a great place to stay before a morning departure from Haneda.

Pros:

１．国際ターミナルから２駅で、駅からも近くわかりやすい。コンビニもすぐ近くにあります。外出時には傘を貸していただき、とても助かりました。２．2台のベッドがつながっている部屋タイプだったため、子ども二人プラス大人一人でも安心して添い寝することができました。

Cons:

１．自動チェックインに案内されましたが、手動で宿泊者全員の情報を入力するのが少々面倒でした。子ども二人を待たせながら手続きをする必要があったので焦りました。２．部屋の電気ポットの注ぎ口が欠けていたようです。３．シャワーカーテンのフックが複数絡まっていたため、カーテンをうまく広げることができませんでした。
