not good for family.
Cons:

room was too small, we can't fit, it was booked for 3 person (myself, wife and 1 kid) but bed can not accomodate, so we need to leave after 1st night, however they have refunded only for two nights, not all three balance nights.

It’s worth coming back!
Pros:

‏perfect location, very close to the JR station and 5minutes from Haneda Airport. Shuttle is bus is available and comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Очень близко к станции, есть трансфер к аэропорту на утренние рейсы, что ооочень удобно.
Ванная большая, можно полежать не сгибаясь в три погибели.

Cons:

Ковер в номере коричнево цвета, но создавалось ощущение, что он пыльный, возможно глубокая чистка водным пылесосом была бы кстати.
