Stuff needs training to be more customer friendly.
Cons:

At check in I requested breakfast. Next day We went down for break fast. But found our break fast was not arranged and requested to pay ¥2,000 per person. If it was prearranged ¥1,800. I was very disappointed and cancelled breakfast.

Good overall hotel
Pros:

Great location - located right next to the Anamori Inami shrine and surrounded by convenience stores. 10 mins from the station as well as quiet neighbourhood
Airport shuttle - convenient to avoid catching train to airport, please note pick up from airport to hotel is only during the evening (not available in morning/afternoon)

One night in Haneda
Pros:

Close to Haneda airport

Cons:

Nothing much except the shower curtain has a funky smell because it doesn’t get to be dry thoroughly. There’s a bottle of ordor disinfectant in the room that will take care of it.
