Beautiful property spacious rooms in a fantastic location
Pros:

The location was definitely a stand out. But our 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped and spacious and beautifully presented. The staff were helpful, kind and efficient

Cons:

We couldn’t fault anything. Was a fantastic stay and we will certainly be back.

Cons:

- 17 degrees in the room. It was freezing and the air con was not adjustable. The staff member who came to help was not friendly and not helpful. She seemed tired of this issue. The air con cannot be adjusted. Having 17 degree cold air flowing over us was not what we wanted. We were given a small fan heater which was noisy but did warm up the room to all of 20 degrees.
- Kitchenette had no plates, no mugs, no saucers, no bowls, no water source, no cutlery except tea spoons. There was no light over the area and no main room light so it was hard to see at night time.
- Room didn’t have 2 comfortable chairs so we could sit down next to each other.
We brought the balcony chairs inside.
The only place you can relax and watch a movie is on the bed. No comfortable place to sit and have a snack together.
- Hard cold concrete floor did not speak of coziness or comfort. Stepping out of bed onto a cold floor was unpleasant, especially when the room was so cold.
The hard feeling string mat was not cosy or comfortable.
- No power points next to the bed for my CPAP machine and phone. We had packed an extension cable and power board just in case. And had to push the bed away from the wall to get to the power point right behind the bed.
- Very odd decor - no idea what the mysterious blue object was in the corner of the room. It wasn’t a light or a table. ???
Decor in general was bland and non matching. The picture above the bed was hung up sideways. Nobody seems to have noticed.
- Damp marks along the floor next to the bathroom as you enter the room are not attractive or hygienic.

We really enjoyed staying in this villa and great location.
Pros:

Great location, right on the marina. Eatery's, cafes & brewery short stroll.

Cons:

For a 3 bedroom villa, there wasn't a lot of cooking equip. Salt and pepper would have been nice as well.

Pros:

Spacious room, clean bathroom and facilities

Cons:

There was a lot of noise starting from 5.30/6am. Sounded like cleaning trolleys being pushed around. That was the only downside

Pros:

Beside the pier. Plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

Villa has only 1 shower room for all of us to share. Body wash was not replenished when we check in. Cups were dirty. Washing machine and dryer were full of sands. I have to clean it myself as it took a long time for cleaners to come by.
