Will book again whenever I’m in Adelaide.

Never again.
Pros:

It's very convenient for bus travellers and other city necessities. The staff were helpful when asked. Bathroom area was clean, and the laundry was a bonus.

Cons:

It's a budget room so I didn't expect much, however the linen was DIRTY. That's disgusting and unforgivable. I had to ask for fresh sheets and only the bottom was changed. Yuk. At any price this is not ok. As well, it does not have a TV, only a fridge. There wasn't even a glass for water, and no kettle to make coffee. The bed was not comfortable and it's very noisy, though in a city location not unexpected. I would not stay again, and not for more than two nights.

Nice old fashioned hotel in good location, basic facilities, but good for short stays.
Pros:

The location, period property and staff friendliness

Cons:

The bedrooms are in need of modernisation but are in keeping with the age of the property. Air Con would be a good option to have as very warm in summer.

Good night sleep in a full off character hotel
Pros:

Location amazing, vibe and peacefulness was considering the city location. Room was good had everything needed for a short stay. On a busyish road but noise fine.

Simple, basic, nice staff, bathrooms are shared not private.
Pros:

The balcony access was unexpected, but nice to have when I used it.

Cons:

I didn't realise the bathroom facilities weren't in my room - they were shared with the floor. That wasn't clear when booking so the experience felt more like being in a single bed hostel/dorm room than a regular hotel. Just make sure you know this before booking, so expectations are met, The bathroom/shower was always clean, but you may want more privacy than this offers.

It is as described, basic, convenient and good value for money.
Pros:

Location is great, staff were really nice, price is great. The bed was clean and comfy. Its great value for money, its very basic, it is as described. Its clean and convenient.

Cons:

Its very basic and dated, and a bit noisy. The beds and bathrooms re very clean but much of the furniture, windows, skirts etc. are not.
