Die Fußgängerampel an der nächsten Ecke hat (bei Grün) die ganze Nacht gelärmt (toktoktoktok…..) und zeitig am Morgen hat jeden Tag die Müllabfuhr gelärmt.

I’d like to be given more ameneties like slippers so we can use the shared batheoom easier, the toilet paper isnt getting changed regularly either.
Location to Southern Cross station good. Clean comfortable hotel.
The bed was very comfy and the location was convenient.
Forgot a kettle for our room and iffy soundproofing.

Location was good, that’s pretty much it.
Staff were extremely rude and condescending. It was obvious to me that he had a problem with me based off of appearance and nothing else. He was extremely rude and spoke down to me, absolutely no hospitality of any sort. Was told no extra guests after 6pm and if we did we would be charged $150. Made a problem of my friend being there at about 3pm even after confirmation they were not staying. I understand no extra guests spending the night but 6pm is ridiculous. Again, I would have been more receptive to these rules if the service was better. He then proceeded to make a problem about the numbers on my card being faded and I had to fight him to let me pay for my deposit, despite having ID Paying with this card has never been a problem at any of the other (much better) hotels i’ve stayed at so i really believe he was just trying to make problems. To make it better this was the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Extremely small room that was dingy. I get that it’s cheap, but i’ve stayed in hotels at the same price with much better staff and rooms. The combination of the worst customer service i’ve ever received and the worst room i’ve stayed in is appalling. Don’t stay here.

Saturday night - very noisy and I can hear all street honking and not an easy thing to sleep.
Windows are not at all sound proof.
Nothing, we never even got to see it because they cancelled the booking about an hour before we got on a plane from Perth. Even after I called to confirm.

Staff were friendly and free breakfast was great. The room was tidy.
The bed kept coming apart while sleeping and we tried to fix it by remaking it. As we remade it, we found the quilt was ripped and stained.
The shower didn't really get hot enough at all, even tried at different times of the day.
There was lots of outside noise, thin walls.
Close to trams and shopping centres.
Could not fault, from the helpful staff to the homemade breakfast.
5 minutes walk to Southern Cross Station.
