A localização é perfeita, muito perto de tudo. O quarto tem tamanho adequado para hospedar uma ou duas pessoas e o café da manhã é satisfatório. É preciso confirmar o café da manhã. Algumas ofertas aqui da booking incluem o café da manhã, foi o meu caso. No entanto, depois o hotel me enviou uma mensagem dizendo que o café é cobrado a parte. Questionei e eles incluíram o café da manhã novamente.

Cons:

O senhor que atende na recepção é muito rude. Durante toda a estadia ele me atendeu meio seco, mas até aí tudo bem, ninguém é obrigado a ser simpático. Depois do check out, deixei minhas malas para buscar mais tarde, um serviço oferecido pelo hotel. Quando fui buscar, ele me atendeu como se eu fosse um bandido querendo roubar as malas. Quando fiz menção de usar o espaço do saguão para guardar umas compras de última hora na mala que iria despachar, ele disse que eu não poderia usar o espaço porque estava sendo limpo pela equipe (não tinha ninguém limpando o espaço!) e foi me expulsando do hotel, gesticulando com os braços... foi muito bizarro! rsrs ¯\(ツ)/¯

الغرفه نظيفه فيها مكيف وحمام خاص متوفر فيه مناديل وصابون وكل الاحتياجات موقع الفندق مناسب

Location was biggest win.

Cons:

Disappointing overall.
Arrived to check in. To find the elevator broken ( which staff were not aware of) not there fault and they immediately had owner sorting to be repaired.
What was biggest disappointment was
Only way up was stairs ( ok again not the end of the world ).But no offer to assist getting bags to room. Just staff walking around myself and another older customer struggling to get bag up stairs.
No signs for levels on doors just no exit fire doors only signs.
Get to room to find it had no bathroom that was shared with other rooms.
To the point of having to take toilet roll from your room. Every trip.
Bed badly needed a mattress topper as seam in middle was like a bar.

Clean, comfortable, affordable and central

Well I was very surprised with this accommodation, I read so many mixed reviews and I’m hating say that the accommodation was well presented, clean, close to everything I wanted and value for money, the room was cosy, clean and reasonable, check in took about 5 minutes per group which is acceptable. Would definitely stay again

I have no complaints about my stay, maybe a brighter light above the mirror in the bathroom is all.
