Pros:

Pleasant staff,clean and comfortable rooms, great location. Definitely my go to accommodation in the Mountains

Cons:

Sauna is a great add on but is missing a cool down area.

Incroyable !
Pros:

Motel chic avec spa et hammam, au coeur des Blue Mountains, royal pour un séjour romantique.
Le restaurant Blaq est excellent avec une cuisine moderne et raffinée.
Petit bonus : une salle d'arcade en libre accès pour retourner en enfance.

Tout était parfait.

Poor showers - really hard to get the right temperature and it fluctuated during the shower -
Bed linen was bobbled and mattress cover really old and wrinkled which felt uncomfortable to sleep on

Pros:

easy check in, great restaurant, very responsive to requests, comfortable room but could use with a Nespresso machine!

the Service is so attentive friendly and kind, food is great, ammenities are all you need

the Service is so attentive friendly and kind, we seemed to have a lot of requests on this stay including changing rooms, and nothing was to much trouble, we have stayed here a year ago and it seems to have got into a good groove now. Highly recommend for an affordable comfortable stay
