Pros:

We loved the hotel, the only problem was the air conditioning. It barely worked. We found it difficult to sleep because it was so hot.

Hidden Gem in Italy
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The most perfect stay when you want to wind down and enjoy your holiday. It is only a 5 minute drive to Viterbo with amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back to this lovely hotel and staff in the future.

Bella struttura vicino alle terme
Pros:

Colazione eccellente con dolci freschi anche fatti in casa. Posizione strategica a due passi dalle terme dei papi. Giardino incantevole.
Stanze junior suite ampie, forse qualche deficit di manutenzione nelle stanze classiche.

Good if you need to stay around
Pros:

It was a night stay before getting to Rome and we arrived in the afternoon so we don’t have much to say. The only thing is that we thought it was a terme but it isn’t. the owner has one near. Our keys never worked well lucky our room was just near the reception . The restaurant is very good we enjoy th3 food and wine and specially the service given by Emmanuel, very friendly and made our dinner wonderful. The last thing that we didn’t like is that the room and the living that look to different places has no privacy at all with their windows you can see everyone that passes by and they see you

Absolutely lovely- peaceful, quiet, good location for exploring the area. Large room- bedroom and living room. Restaurant right outside the door. Only downside is that you cannot control the a/c in your room.

Mooie plek, mooi zwembad, grote kamer. Maar helaas ook wat minpunten. De bedbank was zeer oncomfortabel (harde veren), toch vervelend dat een derde gast dan maar op de dichtgeklapte bank moet slapen. Het hotel ligt vlakbij een militaire vliegbasis dus met enige regelmaat cirkelt er een chinook boven je hoofd, ook 's avonds laat.
Het eten in het restaurant was ronduit teleurstellend, alle lovende recensies ten spijt. Ongeïnteresseerde bediening, de wijn en frisdrank kwamen pas halverwege het hoofdgerecht en het eten was allerminst bijzonder. Bij het ontbijt koud ei en koffie uit een cupje. Voor de prijs hadden we meer verwacht. Jammer!

Splendida location, personale disponibile e premuroso; la stagione non ha ovviamente permesso l'utilizzo della piscina e aree pertinenti, ma si è potuto utilizzare gratuitamente la mtb. Eleganza e cortesia in generale.
Pecca imperdonabile per il livello della struttura la connessione wi-fi mediocre e saltuaria per chi si porta appresso il pc. Nonostante il prodigarsi del personale il segnale è sempre risultato carente. Spero si possa ovviare con successo alla lacuna. Meno grave per il sottoscritto il non funzionamento del servizio SKY.

Location molto confortevole ma con delle non corrette comunicazioni di servizi. Tipo la palestra non c’è e loro la riportano, il ristorante non è sempre aperto ( lunedì chiuso ). Nel complesso la location è valida ma dovrebbero dare le giuste comunicazioni di servizio!

Struttura bella, ma bisognevole di ristrutturazione anche dei mobili. Sentore di chiuso e stantio sulla biancheria soprattutto da letto. Pulizia poco curata. Personale disponibile e gentile. Tuttavia lo consiglierei.
