The service was a bit dull, they didn’t want to help you with your questions. That makes you run around the city to get answers. Room super grey, but had everything you need for a one night stay.
Each room has a window facing corridor, breakfast is very basic, hot water has very low pressure. Bit disappointed.

There were a lot of flies and bugs inside of the room coming out of the toilet as the toilet was not working properly and was getting blocked. Really bad service.

The location was good for the ferry.
Staff were not really interested. They wouldn’t let us in our room until after 3pm even though it was ready beforehand. The rooms don’t have any proper windows they are frosted and it smelt of damp and was very tired. Breakfast was awful long queue and poor offerings. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
