According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nao tem pilow top e roupoes
Quarto muito aconchegante. Equipe muito atenciosa, sempre preocupados com os hóspedes, perguntam se precisamos de algo. Café da manhã muito bom
Mas o que mais recomendaria é o restaurante com Salad Bar, de seg. A sexta. Violino e violão ao vivo nas terças, piano ao vivo no café da manhã nas de quintas. Foi realmente uma experiência maravilhosa. Quero voltar o quanto antes!
Banheiro com acessibilidade, estava com algum problema na descarga, porém a equipe prontamente solucionaram. Não tem nenhum ponto que desagrade ou desabone o hotal. Tudo muito pensado com carinho e cuidado aos hóspedes

No dia do check out, foram duas vezes no quarto para saber se há tínhamos saído, e ainda eram 9 da manhã. Faltou comunicação interna para não ficar perturbando os hóspedes.
Banheiro, ala todo sem porta, ou tem vazamento por baixo do granito .
A cama extra é horrível, molas super ruim, e ainda ficou imprensado com a mesa de vidro que ficou sobrepondo a cama, o que impossibilitou meu filho de dormir lá

Le fait que la piscine soit fermée le 14 août alors que nous avions prévu d’y aller le matin avant de partir.
Nous n’avons pas été informés de cette fermeture quand nous sommes arrivés la veille.
