・ホテル敷地内の駐車場が満杯で、離れた駐車場を指事されたが、道が暗くて不安だった。

このホテル、利用しないのは勿体無い！
Pros:

ホテル客室は数多のビジネスホテルと違い（ワンランク上）一線を画していました。
　防音対策も万全な様で、隣りの部屋からの音も、廊下からの音も全く聞こえる事なく、室内はゆったりとした一流ホテル感が漂い、ゆったりとくつろげることが出来ます。おそらく想像ですが、コロナ禍を経て客足も途絶えただろうということもあり、ギリギリに料金設定を下げられたんだろうなぁと思われます。　また、朝食も素晴らしく、何よりも朝食スペースで目配り気配りの卓越した男性のスタッフさんには心からリスペクト！しっかりとした社員教育の行き届いたホテルだと思います。　これからはこのホテルを常宿にしたいと思います♪ お世話になりました、ありがとうございます

未だ暑さ残っている季節でしたが、夜間の熱中症は心配ない時期という事もあり、夏掛け用（薄い羽毛又は他のもの）も予備品あれば…（乾燥避けたいので、就寝時はエアコン無し）

家族旅行でビジネスホテルを選ばなくて良かったとつくづく感じました！
Pros:

元旦の朝食が想像以上に豪華で良かったです。コスパ良すぎて逆に心配になります。
食事についてアレルギー表示はありませんが、事前にお伝えすると丁寧に教えて頂けたので助かりました。
部屋から眺められる石庭の雪景色も良かったです。室内はきちんと清掃されていました。
スタッフの皆さんは対応良く親切でした。

Cons:

特別日（元旦）だったからか、朝食で岩泉ヨーグルトが出なかったことが残念でした。

First time in Ichinoseki... maybe there is a better hotel than this one
Pros:

Dead quiet... hardly any guest. Less than 10 mins from JR station. Another 20 mins to the Gorge. Bedroom is of good size. Air-conditioning (warm) is good. Bedroom is clean

Cons:

Hotel probably seen better days. Carpet is worn and stain. Even though housekeeping is doing their best to keep things clean - which it is. But a worn carpet is a worn carpet. Hotel still in the 1980s. Key to open, limit power, except for an extension cord with two USB, everything else is the good old power socket. Which only exist in one side of the bed. Breakfast still need coupons. And spread is very very limited. Parking is limited and although I don't see many guests, the carpark can get fill up (I took the last lot!)
