Volvería a alojarme en el mismo hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para quienes quiera recorrer esa zona de Florida. Fácil acceso a todas las carreteras. Ubicado dentro de un centro comercial con todo tipo de servicios y tiendas. La atención del personal es excelente. La suite tenía todas las comodidades y equipada para cocinar y comer en la misma. Sólo agregaría una pava eléctrica. Muy buen gimnasio, pequeño pero bien equipado. No utilizamos la piscina, la cancha de basket ni los asadores.

Cons:

El desayuno es demasiado "norteamericano". Sería bueno agregar alguna otra opción más estilo europeo.

Would stay again but would check in much earlier to make sure everything in the room worked.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at this location in the past and enjoyed it. But on this trip when we checked in they asked us if we wanted an upgraded room we said that would be great. Little did we know the AC didn’t work in the room and they were at capacity so no other rooms were available. So basically they gave up our original room to someone else and “upgraded” us to a room with no AC. It was too late to change locations and since we booked through booking.com they couldn’t credit us directly. We tried to work this out through booking.com and still have not been credited.

Everything was absolutely amazing
Pros:

The staff and hotel was absolutely top notch. It made our visit the best we could of ever imagined. The staff was very friendly. The food was definitely delicious. We will definitely come back and tell our friends.

Things need improvement
Pros:

I got a 2 Suite bedroom at ground floor.
But it was for disabilities, so the bathroom got “flooded” sometimes. The beds were not good - too soft and looked like they need to change the mattress.
The WiFi signal and speed was terrible - do not recommend if you need to work.
