Bon point de départ pour la visite de la ville éternelle
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à 5min de la fontaine de Trevi. Le parking Ludovisi n'est pas très loin et côté 25euro par jour.
Plein de bon restaurants à proximité. Une station de métro (Bernini) à 5min à pied.

Cons:

Insonorisation pas au top. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue principale qui est très bruyante. Les fermetures de porte des chambres avoisinantes sont très audibles.

* Excellent location, within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and many of Rome’s main attractions.
* Easy access to the metro and public transportation.
* Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom.
* Air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Cons:

* The guest rooms are located in a separate building across the street from the reception, in an old commercial building shared with other hotels, offices, and businesses.
* Several flights of stairs must be climbed before reaching the elevator.
* Unreliable hot water—most of the time we had only cold water.
* Very poor Wi-Fi, with little or no signal in our room.
* Complimentary bottled water in the minibar was not replenished.
* Trash bags and used towels were often left in the hallways.
* Breakfast was below four-star standards: small dining area, crowded, and disappointing quality.
* Street noise could be heard late at night and early in the morning.

Повністю всі адміністратори які були за 3 дня які ми проживали з недоволен обличчями як ніби вони не на роботі а я в них дома !!! утюг нема в готелі потрібно ходити в сусідні готелі їхні партнерів це просто жах. Номера розташовані в сусідніх будівлях не в основному корпусі готелю як ніби це якісь додаткові їхні хостели а не нормальний готель.

החדר לא היה נקי, ריצפה דביקה, בחדר האמבטיה האביזרים היו מאלי חלודה ולא נקי
היחס ממש לא נעים, נאלצתי לחזור לפני הזמן והם לא היו מוכנים בשום פנים ואופן לבצע עבורי
החזר כספי על הימים הנותרים, למרות שברגע שידעתי שאני צריכה לחזור עדכנתי אותם והפנו אותי לכתוב מייל ולא יכולתי לקבל מענה רק מספר ימים אחר כך

Pros:

The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance of the main POI in the center of Rome. Breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast area was kind. Room is basic and quite specious.

Cons:

It was a bit awkward for us that the reception was in one place while in order to get the room we had to wait get out, cross the road and get into another building, The other building is shared with other users which are not part of the hotel. It seem that the hotel is spread across different buildings which are not fully owned by the hotel.
