Would stay here again if we return to Logan.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and the room did fit with the needs.

Cons:

We did find the designated pet area after two days there but were not told where it was and it could have been kept in better shape.

Pros:

Convenience and Price. The Pool and Hot tub were great! Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Traffic noise, people smoking outside rooms and by the elevator. It made for a bad stay even though the motel was nice.

Great location, consider your room choices.
Pros:

The staff was great, the room and pool clean and in working order. I had the suite (204) with gas fireplace and whirlpool. It was large and well appointed but it is THE closest room to Main St with two large windows facing it. The road noise was overwhelming for me and I asked to switch to a smaller room the next night. If you're used to a lot of road noise this would be a great suite, if not I'd ask for the furthest from the street or for 205, 206 which are smaller suites and on an indoor hallway so very quiet, but have zero view out the window. The building adjoining the office has an elevator to the second floor, the others do not. The temp of the nice big pool was swimmably comfortable for adults, though not "bathtub" warm. The breakfast was fine with several options and the coffee was pretty good! The location makes it very walkable to downtown.

I’d stay again
Pros:

The best mattress! I hadn’t slept that great in a long time. Clean rooms very updated

Pros:

Having had experience in the hotel industry, I could easily be biased, but also see things differently than your average customer was just a traveler or therefore work.
All I can say, is that everyone was absolutely wonderful. From front desk to the housekeeping. Always polite, always helpful.

Needs update
Pros:

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has nice options and the food is tasty. That being said the walls are paper thin and the room desperately needs a make over. It is showing it's wear and tear badly. The temperture was in the 30s while we were there and thank goodness it wasn't colder, because I feel the walls would not be able to hold out the real cold.

It was fine. Would it just like to have had access to the exercise room on both days
Pros:

Breakfast the hot meal each morning was nice.

Cons:

Our room room had some dirty spots when we checked in. Couldn’t access the exercise room until the second day we were there and the sauna was out of order Wouldn’t turn on. Was super itchy after swimming in the pool and the hot tub.

Cons:

The outside was very loud. We could hear everything happening outside the window and door. Would ask for another room not so close to the road if we stay there again. The ice was far away. No herbal tea in lobby, rooms, but found some at breakfast.
