O Clico Boutique Hotel superou todas as minhas expectativas! Desde o primeiro momento, o atendimento foi impecável — da simpatia das recepcionistas, principalmente a Nozi, à atenção e cuidado do guarda que cuidava da rua. Toda a equipe se mostra verdadeiramente preocupada com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.
O hotel é extremamente bonito, elegante e refinado. O quarto oferece um conforto sem igual: a cama é excelente e o chuveiro é maravilhoso, perfeito para relaxar.
O café da manhã é simplesmente inigualável! Principalemnte pelo atendimento da Nonceba. Para completar, como eu precisava fazer o check-out de madrugada, eles providenciaram um café da manhã antecipado com todo o carinho. Esse tipo de cuidado faz toda a diferença.
Durante minha estadia foi meu aniversário, ainda providenciaram uma pequena surpresa deixando uma mensagem no quarto.
Staff made us feel welcome. Thank you 😊 🙏 the rooms were adequately furnished with a good size bathroom. Towels were refreshed daily. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed dinner on our first night. We liked it so much we, rebooked for our return to Johannesburg from our trip to Zimbabwe.
On our return visit (2nd stay), Hendrick the security guard greeted us by name and was genuinely pleased to welcome us back. Throughout our stay, Hendrick provided good safe practice advice and ensured we felt comfortable around the area. Nozi and Zodkia at Reception assisted us with booking activities and also gave excellent advice and service. We enjoyed delicious meals and great breakfasts in the hotel Restaurant, led by Sbu and his Team Matt, John, Nonceba and the Chefs. The overall atmosphere was homely and inviting. Our experience was enhanced by the interest and smiles of the entire Staff.

It’s within walking distance from Rosebank Mall, but you need to walk 10 minutes to get to any shops or coffee shops.
Good hotel, central location in Rosebank nearby Gautrain.
Easy to miss the entrance (is hidden) next to the other hotel (Mint Hotel). Parking area small.
