Relaxing, excellent food, amazing staff and overall fabulous choice of a place to stay
Pros:

The staff were amazingly like and helpful. The facilities are well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.

Did not enjoy the room, they could do better to make it value for money

Disappointing
Pros:

The restaurant was the highlight, nice and cosy, food was good. There were interesting menu options and we enjoyed the choices we went with.

Cons:

The facilities had deteriorated since my last visit. The room decor was dated, aircon let out a stale smell, shower had grime in tile grooves, etc. Also poolside umbrella was damaged.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food at breakfast was amazing. We dined in the restaurant twice and absolutely loved the food. The staff were super helpful and arranged our transfer no problem and even did a breakfast box for us for an early start.
