Contraste entre belleza escénica y pésimo descanso.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y la vista del restaurante, el trato del personal de recepción y restaurante fue muy profesional.

Cons:

Nos quedamos en una habitación junto a la lavandería, el personal del mantenimiento utilizaba las lavadoras y secadoras de ropa a las 23:00 horas, aunado de escuchar reels, tiktoks a volumen muy alto, fue mucho el ruido y no se consideraba el descanso de nosotros como huéspedes. Aunque entiendo la necesidad de laborar, se debe coordinar esos horarios, se va a un hotel a descansar no a discutir con el personal por exceso de ruido en altas horas de la noche.

El lugar es paradisíaco. La ubicación es exc. Lástima que no había nadie que nos guiara en poder pedir una lancha privad

Ubicación estratégica. Siempre tuvimos un espacio en el Parqueo. La habitación limpia y el balcón es bastante privado. Tiene una vista increíble. El restaurante parecía muy bueno. No lo pudimos aprovechar pues cerró ambos días.

Cons:

Parte de las razones por las que reservamos fue 1) Ubicación 2) Restaurante 3) Precio. Si bien había feriados de por medio, en la industria hotelera generalmente se abre esos días, pero en este caso no. Tuvimos que buscar otros lugares para comer, y nos hubiera gustado que nos informaran antes. La recepción completamente cerrada ambos días. De haber necesitado algo no había a quien acudir. Casi no había agua caliente aunque por el calor se tolera. El AC también emite ruido fuerte. Y La habitación contaba con dos camas una de las cuales estaba realmente vieja.

A comfortable and clean space with good facilities, staff, location and view.
Pros:

The room was spacious and bright, with ample storage and good desk space for working. The bed linens were clean and of good quality. Having the bar/restaurant available made our stay more convenient. Laundry services and a recycling station were other bonuses. Despite being at a marina, it was very quiet. The fridge and freezer were big enough and both worked well. It was a short distance to pet walking/relief areas.

Cons:

One of the beds was very squeaky. The pillows weren't comfortable. There was a bright light outside of our room that was impossible to block out. The AC worked to some extent but never fully cooled the room. We found ourselves out of basic supplies like hand soap, tissues, clean towels. Ice was only available from the bar, glass by glass.

Excelente opción para combinar visita de compras a Golfito y conocer los alrededores

La ubicación, y vista al mar, la relación calidad/precio es muy buena. Hay buen suministro de jabón/shampoo etc. habitaciones amplias. El restaurante fue renovado y tiene comida muy buena y a precios razonables. El personal fue muy amable en general.

Cons:

El Wi fi en las habitaciones era muy débil, podrían habilitar más de una red. Hubo un tema aislado que no es determinante pero si me parece que debo comentarlo, un miembro del personal decidió lavar su moto dentro de las instalaciones en el espacio entre las habitaciones y el restaurante a las 6:30 am del domingo. Uso la aspiradora bastante ruidosa por más de 20 min hasta que le dijimos a la persona del restaurante que era demasiado incómodo para desayunar, imagino que era peor para las personas que esperaban seguir durmiendo a esa hora. Es un detalle pequeño pero a veces hace la diferencia, esta es mi 3 o 4 estadía en el hotel y espero seguir hospedandome, pero para alguien que va por primera vez puede verlo diferente.

A very comfortable chilled stay in a lovely marina

We loved the pretty Marina waterfront location and especially our private terrace. Room 1 was very spacious, had wonderful views and a large fridge for storing breakfast ingredients. We rented the kayak which was convenient
