Pros:

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good and varied. The front doormen were really nice and always greeted us with a smile. Would recommend.

Central. Most of the staff were nice.

Cons:

At the first stay, there were hair on the towels and in the bed. The floor was also dirty. In my second stay a few days later, it was clean-but a lot of bugs. I took out at least 9.

Fantastic stay, will stay again if ever in Hanoi.
Pros:

Excellent location, centrally located in Old Quarter, close to everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Ms. Hannah, who helped arranged for airport pick up and drop off not only in Hanoi but for Da Nang as well. She went above and beyond to help with our requests. Free breakfast included and wonderful breakfast selections with both Westernized and Vietnamese breakfast.

Cómoda estadía
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena y no se siente el ruido de la calle siendo que está en pleno old quarter, el desayuno estaba muy variado y rico, el personal muy atento (incluso nos hicieron cambio de dólares al valor de afuera para evitar cualquier problema con eso).
Incluso nos tenían un pastel y flores cuando llegamos por nuestra luna de miel

Cons:

La ducha podría mejorar ya que tiene una cortina por fuera que no evita que se salga el agua al piso cuando uno se ducha. Además no tiene muy buena aislación de sonido dentro del hotel ya que incluso un día despertamos en la noche por personas hablando en el pasillo.
Finalmente, terminando nuestra estadía, habíamos solicitado servicio de lavandería en el hotel para facilitarnos el proceso de lavar ropa, sin embargo, inicialmente perdieron la mitad de la ropa que habíamos mandado a lavar, tuvimos que estar al rededor de 1hra en recepción intentando ver que había pasado con ella y al hacer el check-out ni siquiera se nos ofreció disculpas por el inconveniente, solo se mencionó el que teníamos que pagar el servicio (fue un muy mal rato, aunque finalmente nos cobraron solo la primera parte de la ropa).

Great place in the middle of Hanoi near Old Quarter
Pros:

Roof top pool was pleassant. Breakfast was more than adequate but staff super friendly

A little disappointed to learn that one of the rooms was classed as a suite when I dont think it was. However than said the room was still good and didnt affect the enjoyment

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, vom Management geht da mehr.
Pros:

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal im Frühstücksraum und als Portier.
Nach unserer Beschwerde haben wir dann ab der 2. Nacht das Zimmer im 11. Stock mit großer Terrasse bekommen.

Cons:

Wir haben in der 1. Nacht zwar eine Suite bekommen, aber nicht wie gebucht mit Balkon oder Terrasse. Sprich zu viel Geld bezahlt, für ein Zimmer, was der Buchung nicht entsprach!
Wir sind morgens um 08:00 Uhr angekommen und konnten erst ab 14:00 Uhr in das nicht gebuchte Zimmer einchecken. (ich hatte eine Vorabanfrage gestellt). Frühstücken war auch nur gegen Gebühr möglich, uns wurde der Pool angeboten, aber es hat geregnet.
Es gab jede Menge Mini-Ameisen im Raum.
